Tarde 1 hora en llegar no tenían Internet no contestaban el teléfono fue horrible y desesperante . Llego y me entregan una habitación con dos camas solo estaba hecha una cuando pregunto en recepción me dicen que solo pague una cama por eso la otra no está tendida y que si la quiero tendida tendría que pagar por un cuarto cuádruple. Me ofrecen cambiarme a un cuarto de 1 cama eso hubieran hecho desde el principio no cuando ya tienes la queja y la molestia

Comodo y excelente Ubicacion para sotano de las golondrinas y cascadas

Excelente calidad precio, instalaciones limpias y el aire acondicionado funciono a la perfeccion. Pude guardar mi moto bajo techo.

Cons:

El joven que atendio mi entrada en el check in parecia algo inexperto y frio para el recibimiento. Tenian servicios de comida, agua y tours de los que no me platico hasta que yo me acerqué a preguntar. El Dueño que conoci al dia siguiente completamente amable y servicial

Ubicación ideal para salir temprano a ver el Sótano de las Golondrinas, a 30' en coche.

Cons:

Sería practico contar con un escritorio en el cuarto.

Genial vuelo a ir, lo llevo en mi corazon.

Esta bien ubicado, a pesar que hace mucho calor, ya con el aire acondicionado uno esta comodo y tiene alberca, muchas gracias por todo. Muy amables en recepcion.
