Horrible
Pros:

The location is closer to where I needed to go for work.

Cons:

I was booked for 2days. The room I was booked into has a door that connects to the main building; one can never know if they are safe. The shower had a very low pressure (literally drizzling), and the water was too cold to take a shower (Almond room). I had to bathe quickly from the basin, as I was going to work and could not wait to go complain about it; otherwise, I would be late. Now, the craziest thing ever: the aircon/ heater is controlled remotely. While catching up on some work at night, the heater was switched off. I woke up feeling cold in the AMs and it still was not switching on. When I woke up to get ready for work in the morning, the heater was not switching on, and the shower was not working properly. I complained when I left for work and told them that I needed my room to be changed by the time I got back. When I returned at 4 PM, I had to explain the same thing again on a call. Luckily, they changed the room to another one, but the heater situation remained, and this time around, after the shower, I nearly slipped due to the water that was filling the bathroom (no shower doors).

What a bad experience. Whoever is managing the place and is switching off the heaters remotely will run the place into the ground!!!

The place doesn't offer any optional breakfast as advertised..... They said they do not cook.
Question: who drinks water from the bathroom tap at a place they are not familiar with its water quality? No bottled water was offered during my 2-day stay there.

Disappointing!!! If you want convenience and comfort not the place to book.

Pros:

The property was over booked and could not honour the booking. They transferred us to an inferior “partner” guesthouse.

Pros:

I don’t remember liking anything about the establishment.I regret making the booking there

Cons:

The staff made commitments that they could not keep to.My luggage and belongings were moved to another room after I was checked,without any consultation whatsoever. I was not happy with service received.Even their air conditioner is being controlled by someone at home whilst we get cold throughout the night.

I like the place, would definitely book it again
Pros:

Comfortable, peaceful, cleanliness, customer care, secured parking, landscape very lovely

Cons:

No electric blankets, and the owner kept switching off aircons, we were two in the room but only provided with 1 towel
