They refused to let me stay there, I was so inconvenienced. They promised to refund me and I have not received my money nor Atleast apology from management.

Pros:

It was truly value for money.

Unhappy and disappointed
Pros:

I wasn’t happy with the service..when we got to the venue we were told our room was given to other guests..mind you we paid three weeks before travelling to Queenstown..to make it worse the owner didn’t want to communicate with us as the stuff couldn’t know what to do with our matter..we were taken to a different BnB which we were unhappy as there was four of us and we were only offered two bedrooms..we had to move to a 3rd BnB as we were running late for an event that we were attending that night and ended up settling on it…they have to improve in their customer services and don’t take overbooking because of they think people might cancel..that’s not how you operate a business

Cons:

They should fix their communication skills and also try to be abit professional,coz there’s no way we travelled all the way from JHB to arrive in such a horrible experience

Pros:

The place is easy to find

Cons:

there is absolutely no service. Door of the shower was broken, there were spider lines or teaps in the bathroom. The service was horrible. While we were asleep we were woken up by handy man who wanted the broken door. We asked to extend the room for yet another day as we were tired from Ghana. We were told the owner is the one who must approve it but we nust prepare to check out because the owner takes his or her time. We checked out.

Pros:

Staff is friendly and kind. The unit was also very clean.

Cons:

After requesting an invoice by calling every day for just under a week, I am yet to receive my invoice. If you need an invoice for work purposes, dont visit the Positano Boutique Hotel

Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

Taking a shower is a nightmare. You come out and the whole bathroom is soaking wet. They should consider changing the shower head and putting a shower door.

Also, I got cold in the early morning (around 3 AM) and when I tried switching on the AC it was not working.

The yard is very beautiful and well maintained

Cons:

The property is advertised and classified as a hotel; however, it does not offer the facilities and services one would reasonably expect from a hotel establishment.

Komani is well known for its cold winter temperatures, yet no provision was made for an extra blanket, which made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the air conditioner was not functioning properly and was unable to adequately heat the room.

While the room was equipped with a microwave, no crockery or cutlery was provided, limiting its usefulness. Furthermore, although the booking was made for two guests, only one towel was supplied.

What is particularly disappointing is that, after reading previous guest reviews, it becomes apparent that these concerns have been raised repeatedly by different guests over an extended period. This creates the impression that guest feedback is not being adequately considered or acted upon, as the same issues continue to persist despite being highlighted on numerous occasions.

Overall, the accommodation did not meet the standard, comfort, and service levels that one would reasonably expect based on its classification and the information provided at the time of booking.

The most inhumane treatment
Pros:

Nothing to like

Cons:

They messed up my booking and gave my room to someone else. Instead of apologizing, they first lied and said the rooms were the same. Then they called an armed guard to remove me from their premises and saw refunding me and telling me to find alternative accommodation after 19h00 as a humane solution.

Very dodgy check in, no system at all to check in.
