The advertisement of the property feels a bit false. Many pictures are of beach loungers, but these do not belong to the hotel but instead belong to their “partner restaurant/beach club”. To access the beach you need to spend a minimum of 20 euros per person - albeit not a big spend per person and a discounted spend compared to other visitors to the beach, it feels like false advertisement to imply in the pictures that the beach belongs to the hotel.

The breakfast was also disappointing. You get to choose between 6 dishes (omelett, yoghurt with fruit, egg with bacon, etc), but none on the options were all the good and you could not choose more than one option which felt cheap and boring if you wanted to try more than one option.

My room was unacceptably noisy- all through the afternoon I could hear loud music from the beach club and people coming and going in reception. During the night I couldn’t sleep until the early hours due to the night time receptionist having loud conversations (and playing music at one point!). It was a real shame as I had come to the hotel to relax and rest. The sound proofing in my room off reception was non existent and I think the hotel needs to sort this or ensure quiet in the reception areas at night.

I had a hot tub on my balcony that I think had a fault as the water drained out after a few hours post arrival. Not the biggest problem but it was a shame not to be able to use it during my short stay.

The beach club attached to the hotel is gorgeous but the policy of guests being able to use only the back two rows of loungers for ‘free’ with a minimum spend of 20 euros felt a little ungenerous especially as there is limited seating around the pool. My experience of the staff there was quite mixed- some were lovely and friendly and others rude and dismissive. I asked for some help getting an umbrella down and the man didn’t even speak to me! I’m not sure if it was because I was a solo traveller so therefore my spend wasn’t as great as other parties.

Given the calibre of the hotel, it would have been a nice gesture to have been helped with my luggage into my room and into the transfer etc. I appreciate the airport transfer is a third party, but this also extended to that- the driver didn’t move to help me at all, even though I was travelling alone with a few bags.

Alles prima. Echter gingen we volgende dag weer naar I Frati en toen moesten we daar lunchen als we gebruik willen maken van de bedden. Dat zouden we toch al doen maar dat hadden ze wel aan moeten geven.

Frühstück! Es gab ein Zettel mit 5 Auswahl Möglichkeiten. Es durfte nur 1 ausgewählt werden und die Portionsgrössen schwankten stark. Wir waren leider enttäuscht vom Frühstück. Im Beachclub waren die Liegen nur gratis, wenn man für 20.- Euro pro Person zusätzlich konsumiert. Finde ich frech da man ja schon genug geld für das Hotel ausgibt und dort zu zusätzlichen Ausgaben gezwungen wird!

Il fallait avoir plus de choix au petit déjeuner, surtout pour nous, musulmans qui ne pouvions pas manger de la viande, fallait proposer plusieurs choses au lieu que des omelettes

Le personnel absolument désagréable, le petit déjeuner très décevant : long temps d'attente pour au final avoir un déjeuner basique sans saveur, une chambre qui sentait moyennement bon et aux équipements cassés ou mal entretenus: douchette hors service, vasque bouchée, cuvette des toilettes déboîtée, lampe de chevet grillée, frigo très bruyant etc... plage privée avec supplément hors de prix . Emplacement de l'hôtel tout au bout de la commune de sorte qu'il faut marcher très très longtemps pour arriver au centre du village
