Al llegar no respetaron el precio de booking por lo que no aceptamos y nis fuimos. Atencion desagradable, sin ningun ánimo de solucionar el problema

El desayuno bastante bueno, surtido y suficiente; pan fresco. Las habitaciones muy limpias, el hotel en general muy ordenado. No tuvimos problemas en hacer el checkin cerca de las 20:00 horas que llegamos.
Dos cosas: a la hora de nuestra llegada, un viernes 20:00, no había servicio de alimentación, por lo cual tuvimos que salir al centro a comer, hubiera sido mejor quedarse en el mismo hotel. Algunos canales de la TV no se veían muy nítidos ni se escuchaban bien.
Lo que mas me gusto fue la limpieza del lugar, baños, sábanas.
Me gustaron los jardines aledaños muy lindos.
Mejoraría el desayuno, respecto de lo ofrecido, lo encontré algo pobre faltaron: kuchen de la zona (frambuesa, murta, ruibabo), pan chilote y galletas entre otros.

24 hr access to front desk after our ferry from Puerto Cisnes to Quellon was delayed 9 hrs, we arrived at 5 am instead of 8 pm. Staff very accommodating 😊 very clean and quiet. Wonderful breakfast included
