Great!
Pros:

We stayed here for one night as we had to catch an early ferry. The location is perfect. Very close to the port. The apartment is very modern, clean and safe. It did have free parking but it was about 700m away. Luckily we stayed on a Saturday night, and were able to park for free overnight on the street, right outside of the apartment. Owner was responsive throughout to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The drain in the shower is a bit slow, but it was manageable.

New, clean. Building is new and furniture in the apartment as well. All perfect.

Clean, modern apartment in centre of Volos with rooftop views
Pros:

Modern, clean apartment close to the port. Large rooftop access with city views.

Cons:

Paid parking about 7 mins walk away - EUR5 per day. We left our car there several days to take the ferry to Skiathos.

Ενα μοντέρνο καθαρό διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της πόλης.
Pros:

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Ολοκαίνουριο και καλαίσθητο σε νεόδμητη οικοδομή. Προσωπικά, εκτιμώ ιδιαίτερα την ύπαρξη μηχανής Nespresso μαζί με κάψουλες. Επισης το κρεβάτι στο υπνοδωμάτιο ήταν ιδιαίτερα άνετο και τα κλινοσκεπάσματα ιδανικά και καθαρά.

Cons:

Ο καναπές-κρεβάτι είναι μικρός και άβολος. Δύο άτομα δυσκολεύονται ενώ υπάρχει και ένα χώρισμα από τη μία πλευρά που ενοχλεί στον ύπνο. Θα έλεγα ότι κοιμούνται μέχρι 3 ενήλικες στο κατάλυμα. Το Wi-Fi έχει επίσης πρόβλημα αλλά μάλλον το ίδιο θέμα είχε και ολόκληρο το κέντρο.
