Room allotted at almost 6 pm…

Location, breakfast, hygiene etc

Cons:

I booked single occupancy room for my 17 year old son who was traveling with 2 other family. They reached hotel around 12 and were told rooms would be allocated at 2 pm.

At 2 pm they did check in formalities, allotted 2 rooms to other families and asked him to wait 15-20 mins for his room.

They allotted him room almost at 6 pm inspite of several requests & reminders. He had to goto reception and raise a complaint and speak to manager about it.
