The dirties accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. No WiFi either.

Location is the only plus of this place.
2 lifts - only one goes to 10th floor (no mention of that in instructions).
Empty toilet roll left in the toilet and questionable, to say the least, cleanliness of the whole bathroom, as per pics provided. Shower cubicle door doesn’t actually work. Skid marks in the toilet.
Kitchenette - microwave is sitting on top of the cooker so can’t use it. No sponge to clean the dishes even. The plates in the cupboard left dirty.
The fridge - Someone’s medication left in there as well as a cpl of lemons and also, as expected at this point, very dirty. Also, everything freezes if left in it overnight.
No curtains or blinds in the living room so if you’d like to watch sth on tv when the sun is out - impossible. Plus you can see ppl having a fag on the terrace next to you and obvs they can see you also due to just bare windows.
It looks like the bedding is clean which I hope is true.
Curtains in the bedroom with burn holes.
Layer of dust on the furniture.
Obvs outdated interior but that’s not really that much of an issue as we weren’t planning on staying in much. However the cleanliness - that’s basic expectations.
The realistic score of this place should be between 3 and 4 due to the lack/damage/state of the basic amenities. If I actually checked the reviews and didn’t go by overall score I wouldn’t have booked it. Most of them are clearly not genuine.

Cons:

Квартира 80х років. Обої на стінах, коври і запах як в бабки в дома. Плити на кухні нема, ножів нема, приборів 3 шт. Шкафів нема. Захаращена квартира не потрібними речами

The receptionist was very polite and professional!! It was very good about the check in!! Maybe the only good thing.

At first it was dirty, but then we told them to clean it again and the did. But only the hairs in the floor and the bathroom! The mirror was dirty! Also the there was sooo much dust . Also the place was quite old fashioned !!

Lokalizacja, blisko do autobusów, w pobliżu galeria.

Cons:

Winda na piętro malutka, długo trzeba na nią czekać. W pokoju miały być trzy miejsca do spania - były z tym, że jedno miejsce to niewygodna sofa. Czystość również pozostawia do życzenia, dziwny zapach, pościel czysta, ale poduszki przesiąknięte dymem papierosowym, zasłony zakurzone. Aneks kuchenny mikroskopijny.
