Έγραψα ως σχόλιο όταν έκανα την κράτηση ότι πρόκειται για ταξίδι του μέλιτος και όχι μόνο δεν σκέφτηκαν να βάλουν μια ευχετήρια κάρτα αλλά μας έδωσαν δωμάτιο στο υπόγειο που μυρίζει απαίσια το σιφόνι και η υγρασία, με ένα μικρό παραθυράκι να ανοίγει μόνο στον χώρο του ντουζ ψηλά , δεν υπήρχε ίχνος ιδιωτικότητας καθώς η πόρτα της τουαλέτας δεν είχε καν μύλο για να κλείνει και στο ντουζ δεν υπήρχε πορτα. Είμαστε σε παραθαλάσσιο μέρος και δεν είχα που να απλώσω τα μαγιό και τις πετσέτες μας και τα απλώσαμε σαν τσαντίρι σε μια καρέκλα στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο και το κρεβάτι ήταν twin , που το γνώριζα όταν έκανα την κράτηση αλλα το ένα στρώμα ήταν πιο ψηλό από το άλλο χωρίς να είναι άνετα. Τις υπόλοιπες κακές εμπειριες μου προτιμώ να μην τις σχολιάσω δημόσια! Θελαμε ένα απλό άνετο δωμάτιο για τις διακοπές μας γνωρίζοντας ότι θα το χρησιμοποιήσουμε μόνο για ντουζ και ύπνο και ούτε για αυτό δεν μας κάλυψε….

Arrived at site early in the morning and was allocated room, had booked room with view.. room had no view.. mentioned that... when we returned to checkin later that day about 6:00pm they had provided us a room with a view, thgen it all started
No breakfast, instant coffee only.
Bugs in the room
Room had black mould and the scent of urine was in the air. Black mould was allover the cabinet that held the fridge, and there was a hole in the ceiling that obviously had been cut to deal with a water leak. Black mould alone made the room uninhabitable. Host tried to gaslight us by saying that noone has ever complained before. Receptionist at front desk came up to room and said that she could also smell it.
they offered a number of solutions 1. move to a room that was if you could beolieve it smellier. 2. Send a technician to fix the problem.. they offered this late on a sturday night, as if anyone was going to turn up. 3. Receptionist caame up with an armful of chemical cleaners to disinfect the room and our favourite ...4. Move into the suite that our firnds the honeymooning couple was staying in... REALLY! The receptionist disinfected the room whilst we were out to dinner... we came home to a room that had a chlorine smell stronger than most swimming pools. Had to sleep with all our windows open to try and get rid of the chemical smell.
Had earlier asked for refund so thatwe could move and host blamed Booking.com for not being able to saying that they had taken the payment despite us paying on the site at check in
View was underwhelming...

Die Anlage ist wie ein Labyrinth. Man findet die Rezeption nicht sofort, es gibt in den unteren Zimmer/Appartements im Freien so gut wie keine Privatsphäre, Abends/Nachts stehen andere Gäste vor den vom Allgemeinbereich nicht abgegrenzten Terrassen (Parterre) und telefonieren und unterhalten sich laut, wodurch kaum an Schlaf zu denken ist. Die gesamte Hotelanlage wirkt verplant bzw. nicht durchdacht und unfertig. Unprofessionelles Personal, das keine Emails liest. Die Umgebung der Anlage ist unattraktiv und der nächste Strand (den ich seit zig Jahren gut kenne) ist relativ weit weg. Ich würde dort nicht mehr wohnen wollen, nicht einmal für eine Nacht. Die Anlage ist auch nicht leicht zu finden, da es keinerlei Hinweistafeln gibt. Mein Fazit: Überteuert, Mehr Schein als sein. Auf keinen Fall im Parterre buchen.

The room felt quite small for a couple, with very limited storage and an impractically small bathroom sink. The terrace light could not be switched off at night, which was disturbing, and the area behind our room had some construction debris that affected the view. The lack of a protective barrier between the terrace and the open field was also a safety concern. We appreciated the kettle, although a coffee machine would have been a welcome addition.

Where do we begin! Property is not finished in its construction. Showers did not drain and flooded the bathroom. Outdoor furniture was heavily stained and broken. We had 4 rooms booked … one room was worse than the others with black mould!

Most of the rooms have terrible outlooks.
We stayed before our sailing week not realising we had 1 of the 2 best rooms, but still had the sister building straight in front.
This visit we were giving a room right by the pool. There was a partial screen that did nothing. When I was shown the room there was a guy sitting right by the window. Ridiculous!
I was offered the only other room, that was in a block in the carpark, surrounded by concrete. Again ridiculous. Stayed as no other options.
The staff in correspondence and verbally were constantly asking that the accommodation payment should be made in cash.
We came back from dinner at around 9pm. No one at reception. So we went to bed.
Had a knock at the door, guessing around 11pm. Then a WhatsApp call and in the next hour 3 messages saying we had to pay the cleaner in the morning. Fortunately I’d turned my iPhone to silent. No explanation for the calls until I heard early the next morning that there was an unexpected illness so reception would not be staffed until 11am.
The whole thing was a farce.
Given all the other accommodation we have had, it was completely overpriced.

Mirrors to be added in rooms

Pokój był w piwnicy przez co był bardzo ciemny i panował tam nieprzyjemny zapach. Sporo niedoróbek w całym obiekcie, typu wiszące kable czy odpadający kran. Słaby stosunek jakości do ceny.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν κακό συντηρημένο ,τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες φθαρμενα, ο νιπτήρας βουλωμενος . Η είσοδος στο κατάλυμα ανύπαρκτη 0

Περιθωρια βελτιωσης στον περιβαλλοντα χωρο

Mehr Schein als Sein. Der Versuch eine Nobelunterkunft herzurichten, scheiterte am Ende wohl am Geld. Die verbauten Materialien und Armaturen sind qualitativ nicht hochwertig. Türgriffe wackeln, die Scheibe am Balkon fällt fast heraus. Zudem liegt um das Haus auf dem Grundstück Schrott herum. Zudem könnte die Anlage noch etwas Grün vertragen.
