It's not Fabhotel, it's BadHotel
Pros:

The staff was very polite and helpful. The staffs are good rest nothing is good.

Cons:

The AC of the room I was allotted was not working first. We asked the staff to check, he came to the room and started to open and clean the AC. Then we asked him to switch our room. He changed our room but there was no shower in the washroom. It was a dirty and slippery washroom. The used soap bars was also not cleaned. We just needed to sleep that night because we had travelled and tired and were sick. The building smells, lift is dirty and the breakfast was brought from a stall below the hotel just infront of us 😂
