Great value and I would gladly stay here again!

Soft bed. Great location and very clean.

Cons:

Rugs on floor were cumbersome and create a trip hazard. Floor needs to be repaired and rugs removed.

Lack of sunlight in rooms and premises, dim lighting giving an upsetting feeling. Room services were limited. Overall, the hotel was overpriced. Not good value for money.

The property charged us 1,150 THB for a very small menstrual stain on the bedsheet. The charge felt excessive and unreasonable for what was clearly an accidental stain. Instead of handling the situation with understanding and professionalism, the staff showed little empathy. This experience left us feeling disappointed and overshadowed our entire stay.

Budget hotel with minimum facilities
Pros:

Location was great. Room size was ok.

Cons:

Front desk attitude. Never experienced such an unpleasant approach from any of my previous stays before. Floors were broken and someone can get badly hurt. Bellow average breakfast.
