Cons:

It was a very bad experience this time with the above hotels All the cockroaches were there on the bed and the floor even toilet cupboard

Booking.com should remove this hotel from their listing.
Pros:

Just the convenience that it was close to where I had to go to the business meeting the next day.

Cons:

The reception person was rude. The room was not well maintained. The washroom without amenities. There was no kettle or supplies to make tea or coffee. Power in all power sockets went off at night so the AC stopped working and the geyser didn't work either. I had arrived late in the evening so I didn't go to another hotel.

But I booked myself at another hotel for the second night.
