Angenehm und unkompliziert, gerne wieder !
Pros:

Easy Check in, gehobene Austattung.

Cons:

Es war sehr heiß, aber das kommt vermutlich nur 2 Tage im Jahr vor.

Pros:

El apartamento es pequeño pero acogedor. Ubicado a unos 15' minutos andando del centro.

Cons:

La hora del check-in es un poco tardía. Tuvimos que esperar hasta las 16:00 h bajo un sol de justicia para poder acceder al alojamiento

Es war möglich direkt einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage im Voraus zu buchen. Bei Rückfragen dazu vor Ort konnten wir direkt jemanden erreichen.
Check in und Check Out Dank einem Code möglich. Das Zimmer war genau richtig für eine Nacht für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist es dann doch recht klein. Dafür war der Balkon aber sehr groß.

Pros:

Die Lage war super. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Inn, viel Grün in der Nähe, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und Bahnstation in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft war im Souterrain direkt an der Straße. Es gab keine Vorhänge oder Plissees, man musste die Außenjalousien unten lassen, damit nicht jeder reinschauen kann. Das war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Unterkunft war sehr klein und Bett stand in der Ecke, sodass die zweite Person keinen Nachttisch, Steckdose o.ä. zur Verfügung hatte.

I would give it negative stars if I could!

Check booking.com 1 star reviews. Every review highlights the issues we had wouldn’t recommend staying here the risk of getting an apartment which is falsely advertised is extremely high. Half the apartments are in the basement or on the first floor with no privacy or balcony which is advertised.

The amenities are non existent and the staff responses are extremely unprofessional lacking any empathy or understanding.

The rooms are no equipped for warm or cold weather. The windows don’t have fly screens, our small apartment gets infested with flies when we leave them open to air the place out.

The bathroom amenities which are provided include hand soap and a very cheap body wash. When we arrived two of the skirting boards were on the floor and I could see how poorly they the glued. Tiles in the bathroom have huge cracks from poor construction when drilling the soap holder and toilet paper.

The price is extremely unreasonable for the stay wouldn’t recommend.

Neues Apartmenthaus mit Luft nach oben

Das Haus ist relativ neu. Alles funktioniert ohne Servicepersonal via Codeeingabe. Der Balkon war sehr groß. Der Weg in die Innsbrucker Altstadt war sehr schön am Inn entlang.

Cons:

Objektiv hat uns nicht gut gefallen:
- zu den Jalousien gab es keine Gebrauchsanweisung.
- Kopfkissen waren billigste Qualität. Das Inlay pfropfte sich.
- es gab keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für persönliche Dinge (außer Küchentisch und 1 (!) Nachttisch).
Natürlich war ein Kleiderschrank vorhanden, aber man hat ja auch andere persönliche Dinge, die
man gerne irgendwo hinlegen möchte.
- für die zweite Person gab es keinen Nachttisch.
- im Bad waren keine Ablagemöglichkeiten - außer der Fußboden - vorhanden. Für Kosmetika nicht der
optimale Platz.
- Küchenausstattung hat viel Luft nach oben.

Gute Lösung in netter Gegend, wenn man vor hat viel Zeit draußen zu verbringen

Es war neu, modern und sauber.

Cons:

Es liegt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens. Daher wurden wir morgens relativ früh geweckt, als wir die Fenster offen hatten.
Unser Apartment war sehr klein und ungünstig geschnitten, sodass man sich kaum um das Bett bewegen kann.

Schönes Wochenendappartement.
Pros:

Ein wirklich modern eingerichtetes kleines Appartement, genau das richtige für ein Wochenende. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Lage ziemlich zentral.

Cons:

Kommunikation gestaltete sich etwas kompliziert. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage war es über den Tag sehr lebhaft vor dem Appartement (Bushaltestelle).
