Neuwertiges komfortables Zimmer und gute Service
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stadion, daher ist bequem für Sportler oder Events Besucher. Ich war in Brisbane wegen Konferenz und konnte zu Fuss ca. 25 Geheminuten das Konferenzzentrum erreichen. Ich habe kein Auto gehabt und war mit Uber unterwefs gewesen, also brauchte ich keinen Parkplatz, womit meiste Besucher Problem haben. Ich habe einen kostenlosen Upgade auf grösserem Zimmer bekommen; das Zimmer hatte kleine Küchenzelle. Es gabt Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Wasserkocher mit Tee und löslichem Kaffee, gute Schampoo und Haarkonditionär. Das Zimmer war schön und neu möbliert. Die Lage von Hotel ist auf Verkehrskreuzung und daher hört man die Lärm von Strasse deutlich, aber das ist so überal in Australien, da sie überall Fenster mit Einzelverglasung haben, die Fenster meistens dazu noch undicht sind. Das Frühstück ist minimalistisch - nach Europäischen Vorstellungen: ein paar geschnittenem Obst, Müsli, Milch, Toast Brot und Butter, Tee und Filterkaffee, Saft, und nach Aufpreis bekommt man Eierspeisen, oder Pancakes. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, und nett - im Restaurant und im Hotel. Es gibt Waschmaschine und Trockner inkl. Waschkapseln gratis für Kunden, was ist in Regenzeit echt super hilfreich. Es gibt kleines Fitnessraum und Mini Pool, aber ich habe nicht benutzt leider.
Ich bin mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden, und würde gerne nächsten Mal wieder hier übernachten.

Don’t book hotel online without cordinate Direct Hotel. After you check in late hours you do not have any options.
Pros:

I had 2 issue with hotel Rooms. Finally Hotel Staff supported and changed My Room.

Cons:

Taken higher charges . Given Cheep Room.
The problem is not Hotel problems is Booking.com .
Since we do not talk directly with Hotel.
Room 306 Big window not cover curtains. ( cannot stay out side Lights directy exposure to Room.
Change 301 that room high out side vehicle noises not sound proof. No car parking need to car park Somewhere else. Luckily Hotel supported and sorted out my problem following day.

Great value and location, brilliant staff - highly recommend.
Pros:

The location was excellent for our purposes as a Wheelchair Rugby League Team group booking. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Ideally located to explore the South Bank of the Brisbane River, the Centre and key areas of interest in Brisbane, with multiple places to eat and drink in close proximity. Parking available for bus and trailer directly opposite hotel. Gym good. Pool on roof a good plunge pool. Continental Breakfast was excellent and could be upgraded to a hot cooked breakfast for small additional charge. Really good value booking via booking.com as qualified for an offer. Was only planning to stay for a single night, but hotel was that good value and staff so helpful, then decided to stay additional 5 nights. Great decision.
