Cons:

Staff should not promise things if cannot complete it. I loved the property with the world over location and decide to become a member to earn points. They said will we do it and haven't done.

Nice Hotel, Good Service and Friendly Staff. This hotel is modern and looks chic.
Pros:

The Hotel is in a great location. Close to Downtown and convenient. The staff was great. Thanks to Kristine and Chantelle, they were exceptional. Sally too was great. They attended to our needs and the check-in though a bit laborious, was well handled by Chantelle. Kristine was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. The breakfast was great to have and the coffee was superb.

Cons:

The parking was a challenge especially given the fact that level 2 was very tight. Other than that it was great to stay here.

There's no towel racks in the bathroom, there was nowhere to hung our towels. and we tried the pool/jacuzzi, but water was not heated.

We had a pleasant stay here.

Location. Room was well appointed. comfortable bed. Clean.

Cons:

The fact that they supply such poor supply of milk, tea and coffee - very limited. Bed was comfortable but I had a poor night sleep due to the extremely noisy air conditioning - or what I thought was the air conditioning. It was only in the morning i found an obscure switch labelled "fan" in the kitchen area. When I turned it off the noise stopped. There was no reference to the fan in any material made available - at least as far as I noticed. I thought this very poor design/communication.
