Pros:

Very clean and friendly staff. There was a lot of convenient amenities like amazing breakfast, close walking distance to stores and restaurants. Also, it was very quiet.

ME ROBARON DENTRO DEL HOTEL

Problema de inundaciones con aguas residuales y algo más grave que en ningún otro hotel de esas cadena en distintos países había pasado , ME ROBARON , se ROBARON CASI 1 millón de pesos colombianos , de un bolso que se dejó durante el día y se lo robaron al momento de hacer el aseo , ESCULCARON LOS BOLSOS Y MALETAS Y SE ROBARON LO QUE PUDIERON , pésimo servicio desayunos sin variedad , mala experiencia no recomendada nunca en especial por que no se está seguro ni dentro del hotel ya que ROBAN

Es pequeño, el lugar de condesa no es que sea tan maravilloso para las personas que les gusta por ejemplo salir a comer a centros comerciales cerca o tener restaurantes conocidos etc las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y no tienen vista hacia afuera sino al interior del mismo hotel no me bajaría allí otra vez sinceramente y me aprecio muy caro para el tipo de hotel y el lugar

The wonderful staff made the stay truly pleasant; but that room- oh no!
Pros:

The staff is truly wonderful! They are patient with someone who does not speak the language well. They replied to my questions thoroughly. They are this hotel’s true asset.

Cons:

My bed was too big for the room. I needed to utilize the desk immediately upon arrival to get on a Zoom call and there was no room to adequately pull out the chair and sit. I recognize that there are other, more comfortable rooms. Room 417 is not easily maneuverable.
