Good for an overnight stay only, room needed updating but ok value for money.
Pros:

The location in Revelstoke and good accessible parking. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to go into our room before 4pm. Receptionist friendly.

Cons:

No kettle or fridge in the room, the bathroom was in desperate need of updating. More information at check in would have been helpful regarding where to eat etc as restaurant closed due to time of year? (end of May)

Pros:

Needed help with documentation to sign . Staff member was great helping with this and after locking passports in safe ( couldn’t open) staff were very obliging. Would come to stay again.

Pros:

The hotel was excellent. Very good location, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Excellent inclusive breakfast. Staff were also first class.

Cons:

The air-conditioning unit was mounted via the window which resulted in the window being open. Although the gap was blocked with foam, it did allow substantial road noise which was disturbed our rest.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, good selection. Friendly hostess. Staff very nice.
Room was very clean, comfortable bed.

Took quite a while to get warm water in the shower, second floor.

A positive experience.
Pros:

It was in a good location with car parking. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and we had some good banter in the bar.

Cons:

It was a little odd having the wash basin in the bedroom instead of in the bathroom. Also no tea or coffee making facilities. Having said that, the hotel is undergoing a major refurb so no doubt these things will be sorted out.
