Fabulous
Pros:

Every single thing…gorgeous small boutique hotel…so pretty…great bar and restaurant and fabulous staff all round…perfect stop after driving from Whistler (winding roads )and refreshed when we got to banff…would have loved an extra night actually

운치 있는 분위기. 괜찮은 아침 식사

Cons:

일행 3가정 숙박. 그중 한 가정의 룸 창문 유리가 없어서 직원에게 다른 룸을 요청했으나 방이 없다고 하며 다른 대책을 마련해 주지 않음. 황당했음. 시설 리모델링 중이라 어수선 했음.

Pros:

Central location. Bar and restaurant options.
Room was quiet, did not hear any noise from the bar.
Comfortable room.

Cons:

Car park at the back of hotel was busy.
Had to do a few loops until someone left.
Liquor store nearby contributed to busy car park.

In the heart of it all, comfy beds, a real little gem!
Pros:

Such a fantastic location with comfort and cleanliness making it a perfect place to stay. We arrived early and they let us check in as room was ready which was incredibly helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom decor seemed a little tired but this did not detract from our lovely stay

Great hotel, location, restaurant.
Pros:

Great location right in the centre of town - though you don’t need to go far because the restaurant is fab. Some of the best food we ate in Canada!

A relaxing comfortable stay
Pros:

The property was well situated within town. The room we had was spacious and well laid out. The restaurant for our evening meal was very good and the breakfast choices were good.

Poor Service due to Room Refurbs

Good location to town, nice breakfast

Cons:

We were advised just before arrival that some refurb work was being undertaken.

On check in we were told we had a two bedroom suite. Nice we thought until we realised later that the beds were not 'King'.

We booked a 'deluxe King' room, we got a two bedroom suite with a standard bed in each, why would we want to sleep separately!

Raised following our visit but were told that the two bed and deluxe King were same price and they would not compensate! Also said if we had raised concern at check in, we would be given a voucher for their pub or restaurant. We ate at the pub on the evening of our stay so were angry not offered discounts, why should we have to ask.

Be warned whilst refurb ongoing, you won't get room requested!!

Noisy bar scene!
Pros:

Rooms are clean and walking distance to town centre.

Cons:

Very noisy outside after the bar closed. They need to do better with hotel security. Hotel guests are disrupted by the bar drunk crowd. Wouldn’t stay there again.
