Pros:

Страхотно и уютно хотелче, на пешеходната част на града. Беше тихо и спокойно. Много ми харесаха скосените тавани на стаите, матраците бяха много удобни, което не се среща често в Българските хотели. Препоръчвам.

Я б тут знову жила, загалом комфортно
Pros:

Персонал допоміг з багажем та викликали таксі мені, тут в номері чудова подушка ортопедична, на третьому поверсі є балкон зі столиком і там я пила каву зранку.

Cons:

Душова кабіна повністю відкрита, заливає водою всю ванну кімнату, краще стелити на підлогу щось аби не посковзнутися

Кошмари в хотела
Pros:

Добро местоположение, стаята е добре обзаведена и комфортна. Телевизия, интернет, хладилник, кана за топли напитки, кафе и чай. Банята също е чиста и предлага удобства.

Cons:

Входната врата се затваря много шумно и в стаите от първия етаж е като бомбардировка. Някой от гостите на хотела правят любов между 1-3 часа през нощта така, че трудно се спи.

Кюстендил - традиции, културно възраждане и просперитет
Pros:

Хотелът е с централно местоположение на тиха търговска улица в центъра на града. Сградата е чисто нова и много добре обзаведена. Има много добро разположено лед осветление в стаята. Мини барът беше включен в момента на пристигане, което прави добро първо впечатление. Чисто и приятно е в цялата сграда.

Cons:

Единственото неприятно нещо, заради което отнемам една точка от максималния резултат е тряскането на входната врата при всяко влизане и излизане на някой от хотела.
