تم منحنا أسوأ فئة من الغرف ، غرفة خلفية سيئة مقارنة بما شاهدناه على بوكينج ومقابل الهارد روك كافيه الذي لا يتوقف عن الصخب والموسيقى العالية حتى الفجر، تعذر طاقم الاستقبال ان الغرفه التي تم حجزها هي بهذه الفئة وفي حالة الرغبة بتغيير الغرفة يجب دفع ٧٠٠ بات إضافية للحصول على غرفة ستاندرد. بعد اعتراضي على الغرف تم منحي غرفة عادية جدا وخلفية ايضا ولكن احسن من الغرف السيئة التي تم منحنا في البداية. اختلاف جذري بين الصور في بوكينج والصور الفعلية للغرف.

Pros:

Pool was awesome. Swim up bar was so good . We were upgraded to a better room . Due to all the noise from O-Top bars at back .

Resepsiyon personeli oda yükseltme hakkımız olmasına rağmen, yukselmemizi yapmamistir. Booking den bize oda yükseltme maili gelmesine rağmen işlemi yapmamıştır. Oda yükseltme için bizden oda fiyatı kadar fark istediler. İlgisiz ve sorun çözmek için değil, sorun üretmek için orada duran bir personel koymuşlar. 5 yıldır devamlı kaldığımız otel. Ve birçok kişi yonlendiriyorduk. Artık bu otel ile ilisigimizi kestik. Orda duran bayan personel yüzünden.

Cons:

Bu otelde daha önce defalarca konakladık ve her zaman memnun ayrıldığımız için tekrar tercih ettik. Ancak bu son deneyimimiz maalesef büyük bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Standart olarak satılan odaların önemli bir dezavantajı da penceresiz olmaları. Oda hiç doğal ışık almıyor, hava sirkülasyonu yetersiz ve oldukça karanlık bir ortam sunuyor. Rezervasyon yapacak misafirlerin bu durumu önceden bilmelerinde fayda var.

Booking.com üzerinden yaşadığımız rezervasyon sorununda otel hiçbir şekilde çözüm odaklı davranmadı. Booking tarafından gönderilen yazıyı kabul etmeyip sürekli farklı taleplerde bulundular ve sonuç olarak tüm yükü bize bırakarak ekstra ödeme yapmak zorunda kalmamıza neden oldular. Hakkımız olmayan bir şey talep etmedik; sadece yaşanan sorunun çözümü konusunda destek bekledik. Fakat yardımcı olmak yerine işi zorlaştırmayı tercih ettiler.

Ön büro müdürünün tavrı ise kabul edilemezdi. Son derece kaba, saygısız ve profesyonellikten uzaktı. Misafirlerle iletişim konusunda ciddi eğitim alması gerektiğini düşünüyoruz. Buna karşılık diğer otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi.

Bunun dışında otelin genel bakımı da eskiye göre oldukça kötüydü. Havuzun içinde kırık taşlar vardı, birçok jakuzi çalışmıyordu ve havlular artık beyaz değil neredeyse gri renkteydi. İkinci oda kartı için, zaten 100 USD depozito bırakmış olmamıza rağmen yeniden depozito talep edildi. Birkaç saatlik geç çıkış talebimiz de hiçbir esneklik gösterilmeden reddedildi.

Yıllardır tercih ettiğimiz bu otelde ilk kez kendimizi bu kadar değersiz hissettik. Maalesef bu bizim son konaklamamız oldu.
