Já fiquei em Ibis melhores, com melhores profissionais e pelo menos uma cama que era de tamanho “normal”

Cons:

Funcionários nao prestam um bom atendimento, a cama do quarto era muito pequena. Tenho 1,78 e quase ficava com o pé para fora. Na tentativa de trocar de quarto com a recepcionista nao tive minha necessidade atendida.

Pegar as coisas no estacionamento, agora o elevador NÃO PARA MAIS NO SEU ANDAR, precisa descer no térreo e pedir para o manobrista autorizar a subida do elevador para parar no estacionamento.
Não tem lógica, melhor repensar sobre isso.

A cobrança de apresentação do cartão que foi efetuado o pagamento da hospedagem, sendo totalmente constrangedor . Fiquei aguardando com todos me olhando na recepção cheia de bolsas a liberação , como se eu tivesse cometido algum delito. Muito vexatório
