Gutes Hotel, mit guter Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr groß, sauber, modern und bietet einen Pool sowie Gym. Die Lage ist super.
Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Es war ein hübsches Zimmer mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Stadt.
Nun zum Frühstück. Als wir das erste mal zum Frühstück kamen, wurde uns erstmal alles erklärt und gezeigt wo was ist. Danach wurden wir zu unserem Tisch begleitet.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es gibt eine große Auswahl, egal ob warme oder kalte Speisen, wo wirklich für jeden etwas dabei ist. Die Managerin des Frühstücks (ich weiß leider ihren Namen nicht) war äußerst freundlich, professionell und zuvorkommend!
An einem Abend haben wir das In-Room-Dining genutzt. Die Auswahl war sehr groß und das Essen sehr lecker!

Cons:

Für einen Tag (da wir eine Tour früh morgens hatten und nicht zum regluären Frühstück konnten) haben wir uns ein Breakfast to go am Vortag bestellt. Dieses haben wir dann am morgen wie vereinbart abgeholt. Wir haben es unterwegs geöffnet und essen wollen, dann war nur ein Croissant + Marmeladengläschen, ein Apfel und ein kleiner Joghurt drin.. kein Besteck, keine Getränke, nichts.. was ich für den Preis den man generell für das Frühstück bezahlt sehr unverschämt finde. Wir mussten unterwegs nach Besteck fragen, da wir es sonst nicht hätten essen können..
Das Personal ist generell zwar freundlich aber beim Check-In wurde uns nichts erklärt, nur die Zimmer Karte gegeben und fertig. Es wurde nicht thematisiert wo die Aufzüge bei so einem großen Hotel sind, wo der Frühstückssaal ist, von wann bis wann Frühstück angeboten wird, welche Dinge das Hotel bietet usw.., so einen schlechten Check-In hatten wir lange nicht mehr.
An einem Abend haben wir auswärts Abendessen bestellt, es wurde an der Rezeption oder beim Concierge abgeben, aber das Personal wollte/konnte uns das Essen nicht zum Zimmer hoch bringen, somit mussten wir selbst runter, obwohl wir von einem langen, anstrengenden Tag zurück kamen.. und das in einem 5 Sterne Haus.. da ist auf jeden Fall noch Verbesserung notwendig!

Fantastic will be back
Pros:

I booked this for my brother and his partner for his birthday and he said everything was phenomenal. Nothing they could fault. The msuite with the clock tower view is something special. He said all staff went above and beyond. When he got his car back from valet it had even been washed

Cons:

Nothing best hotel is Adelaide. I was worried it was expensive and wasn’t going to be up to my expectations but they sent me a video and it is well worth the money

For the price, I will stay somewhere else next time.
Cons:

The room was not very sound proof.
We heard everyone and everything! People having very loud sex next door and a party/hens/bachelor party down the hallway. People walking past our room and doors opening and closing in the rooms around us.

Lovely hotel but Swimming pool disappointing.
Pros:

Great room with lovely view. Bed very comfy. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were very help & friendly.

Cons:

Swimming pool was stated undercover. Didnt state one side only slated with cold air blowing through and slates cant be closed. No good for winter swimming.

The decor is beautiful and smelt lovely. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Staff very efficient and friendly. Stayed for breakfast and had a very satisfying meal.

A stylish, beautiful and modern, centrally located Adelaide hotel.
Pros:

The location was excellent, the breakfasts were great. the hotel has beautiful interior design everywhere. Our room was very nice, lovely interiors and very big bathroom. The downstairs Bar was very nice in the evenings.

Cons:

I found that the pillows on the bed were not very comfortable. The bed is large and the pillows are the extra long 'lodge' type pillows, but they just weren't very nice to sleep on. I tried both of the pillows and found neither particularly good. So if anything could be changed I would suggest that.
