The room was beautiful with everything we needed. Relaxing feel as soon as you walked in the door. Cozy temperature too which was appreciated.
The staff were exceptional, absolutely everyone from check in to check out. The communication was not lost between staff. I asked about what was available at our breakfast with my dietary requirements to the staff on late afternoon and when we arrived for breakfast the staff were expecting me which was fantastic. All staff made you feel like a VIP, they should all be commended for their professionalism. I worked in customer service for more than 10 yrs and know the importance of it. I feel that in this modern world customer service has unfortunately become a thing of the past which is really sad for current generations to not experience. I can say I have not come across an establishment that has exceeded my expectations for a very long time and it was an absolute pleasure to stay at your hotel. Thank you

The pillows!! Too big. The only reason I reduced the overall rating. You go to a hotel to sleep, and if the pillows are uncomfortable, then the whole experience is diminished. Need to include medium size pillows urgently.
We ordered the continental breakfast and didn't get the danish basket, but that was okay in the end because we couldn't eat everything that came anyway. And it was delicious!
