Pros:

Very friendly staff; clean; comfortable; nice having the refrigerator/freezer & t.v.; great location for us; all in all a great value for the price

Cons:

A sumo wrestler might get "stuck" in the small unit bath which was adequate for us.

Worse than expected, but the price was cheap and the location was good.
Pros:

The neighborhood was very nice to walk around and the hotel was right next to the station, which made travel easy. The beds were also comfortable for the most part.

Cons:

The check-in procedure was a bit confusing and there is no staff available for help. There are some amenities like water and a fridge on site but the communal area was cramped and dirty, making that less comfortable to use. The front door also didn’t lock, so anyone could just walk into the main area if they had wanted to.

As for the actual room, it was much smaller than what we expected. The bathroom had only enough room for one person to stand sideways, and the toilet was incredibly small which made it very awkward to use. The cleanliness was also questionable, with hairs left on the toilet, dirt in the corners of the steps, and stains on the bedding.

Ultimately it was worse than expected, but it is still cheap so that it why I don’t give it 1/10, as some negatives are to be expected. But that said, we stayed in other hotels in Tokyo for the same price point and they were both more central and cleaner than this one, so we weren’t impressed.

駅近だけど問題ありあり
Pros:

柴又駅が近いのはいいんだが、布団やマクラは最悪、寝心地が悪かった。コンセントも入らないし水道の蛇口も良く閉まらない。風呂には陰毛が転がっていた。駅近好きにはお勧めだ。

布団枕、風呂の陰毛、水道の蛇口、コンセント、お化け屋敷のフロントには誰もいない。荷物も預けられない。ドア鍵は付けっぱなし、安全面に不安あり。

コールバックさえ頂ければ、満点でしたのに、、、。
Pros:

前に掃除ができていない部分があったが、改善されていたようです。気持ち良く過ごせました。

Cons:

①水道が止めづらく、女性の力では、漏れないように止めるのが、大変でした。恐らく、無駄な水道代がかかってしまっているかもしれません。

②チェックイン直前に、携帯が一時使えない状態が続いてしまい、友人の携帯から緊急連絡先に連絡したものの、コールバックが頂けませんでした。

私の携帯あてに、認証コードが送られてきましたが、携帯が使えない人の携帯電話あて送付しても意味がないかと、、。

次回も利用したいと思いますので、こちらもチェックインコードを手書きメモや同伴者と共有するなり対策はとりますが、こちらからの電話に対して返信なしのまま放置しないようにお願い致します。

Pros:

Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour 1 nuit durant notre voyage avec mon fils. Nous avons très bien dormi. Accès wifi.

Cons:

Pas très accueillant à l'arrivé, pas de personnel juste une tablette, dans une pièce ou il fait plus chaud que l'extérieur, avec très peu de place. Rideau dans la chambre qui ne tient pas donc il y a la lumière du jour qui nous a réveillé.

Pros:

ロケーション、ある程度の清潔感はあり、お値段的にもリーズナブルで、また来たいと思います。

Cons:

掃除をもう少しやって頂けるともう少し気持ち良く過ごせたかも。

床、浴室、カーテンレール上。特に髪の毛が多く落ちてて、。

風呂の蛇口が硬いのは、直しておくと良いかも。
