Страхотен хотел!
Pros:

Хотела е страхотен! Персонала е мил и отзивчив, правят всичко за да се почувствате добре. Мястото е супер комуникативно и на 5минути от главната улица с трамвая. Закуската беше толкова изобилна, че аз такова нещо не съм виждала. Всичко беше вкусно и прясно. Много чисто и приятно. Спалното бельо и кърпите се сменят всеки ден. Нямам забележка. Просто топ хотел!!!Поздрави от България!!!❤️

Pros:

Emplacement genial, a pied comme en transport.
La piscine et le spa sont sympa, mais la piscine était fermée tout un jour entier pour nettoyage.
Le personnel est gentil.
Petit déjeuner vraiment bien.

Cons:

La chambre était très mal isolée, claquements de porte, bruits de chaise, on entendait le réveil des autres chambres, odeur de cigarette qui entrait dans la chambre. Il était difficile de s'endormir et réveil très tot avec les départs des autres voyageurs que nous entendions.
La salle de bain était a rafraîchir, peinture arrachée, pas très belle pour un 4 étoiles.
Notre lit était a 30cm de la porte d'entrée.

Good option, great location
Pros:

Great location, near metro station. The staff was friendly and very polite.
The breakfast was good, it cloud be better. Many options but on the same time not on European taste.

Cons:

The bathroom was so tiny and isolation of the shower was poor. The water was leaking out the shower.

The property was clean and good location. It was comfortable

Cons:

The receptionist do not know how to give a customer service first he provided us a very awkward room when we complained he said you checked in, just and if you family made any changes to room and I cannot change your room, we were checked in just checked in mins before and he asked if your family has made a mess I will not change the room. I said you him I will clean myself if any mess has been made in 10 mins, he was super rude and laughing and making a fun.

La camera è il bagno troppo piccoli, dovessi tornare chiederei una stanza più grande.
Nella zona piscina ci sono solo 4 lettini e sono sempre occupati.

Everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly and professional, the breakfast was delicious, and the swimming pool was great. The room was always spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping it cool and fresh. We had a wonderful stay.

A special thank you to Lali for taking such great care of our room. She was always kind, professional, and attentive. My wife and I truly appreciated her excellent service, and she made our stay even more enjoyable.
