Desconcertada porcel cambio de habitacion . Debieron abonarme una diferencia.
Pros:

La habitacion era comoda y grande. La piscina climatizada y el masaje espectacular. El comedor limpio. Desayuno ok.Personal amable.

Cons:

Antes venir me enviaron un mje diciendome que no me podian dar ese dia mi habitacion por un desperfecto. Cuando llegue me dieron otra en la sucursal Sinfonia. Pero no era como la Suite Junior de Luxe que ya habia pagado. Esto me causo stress ya que venia de un Congreso y agotada.Al otro dia recien tome la mia. Situacion fea. Por otra parte, los ultimos dos dias habia cucarachas . Avise a planta baja y les deje una en un papel. Tomamos una excursion a Bursa por la empresa turca Premiun que ellos promocionan y fue una decepcion. Hicieron 5 paradas para vendernos productos y llegamos al casco historico 20. 30 hs .aprox. y no nos llevaron al mercado de la seda sino a un lugar carisimo!. Decia almuerzo incluido que fue fue una verguenza y una burla al turista .. Como bebida.dieron un youghurt..Paso al rato una Sra .con una bandeja y diferentes platos de comida diciendo que si queriamos era con cargo.Evidentemente el hotel debiera saber que cosas recomendar a sus clientes.ya que no es acorde a su nivel.No creo que vuelva a tomar una excursion en Turquia.Recien almorzamosc18.30 hs! Viajaremos por nuestra cuenta

Pros:

Aproape totul , camera chiar daca micuta un pic chiar foarte frumos si bine amenajata , si baia de asemenea un pic micuta , dar la fel , foarte frumos si bine amenajata ; terasa si SPA-ul hotelului minunate si de ajuns de mari pentru capacitatea hotelului si am uitat de balcon , micut dar perfect pentru fumatori si tinand cont ca foarte putine au balconasul asta in Istanbul in imprejurimile din Old City. Si pentru gurmanzi , micul dejun absolut deosebit de bun calitativ si cantitativ , cam tot ce ti-ai putea dori ,nu mai zic....si locul servirii pe terasa hotelului se pe acoperis extrem de frumos si elegant cu priveliste superba , doar cafeaua strica un pic , slaba calitativ la expressor , mai mult un fel ness , cafea solubila....

Cons:

Clar lipsa parcarii , dar nu e o problema prea mare ei avand un aranjament cu una privata f. aproape , cca 200 m , dar doar pretul m-a dezamagit , cam prea mare totusi , respectiv 25 Euro per day , zic eu 10-15 Euro ar fi fost acceptabil pentru ambele parti. Si inca un aspect , balconasul nu era dotat si el macar cu 2 taburete micute macar si o masuta chiar cat de mica.

J’ai fait la réservation et j’ai insisté que les 2 chambre soit communicate ou cote a cote mais vous avez pas respecté le contrat et vous m’avez même fait un geste pour me trouvez une solution sachant que je suis un client fidèle chez vous mais vous voulez que je passe directement la réservation pour ignorer booking est c’est pas professionnel du tout

Great place to stay would recommend
Pros:

Great location and facilities would stay again, rooms are a little smaller than expected and in one had an unexpected visitor however everything else is great with welcome fruit platter and breakfast was perfect and rooftop views was amazing

СПА-ти , което се предлага не е на нивото на самия хотел . Това е единствения минус
