В целом все нормально, но из-за СПА высокую оценку не ставлю.
Pros:

На протяжении многих лет отель поддерживает комфорт и качество. Хороший персонал, хорошее месторасположение, завтраки(жаль, что соки фреш платные).

Cons:

СПА слабенький, сауна не сильно горячая, паровая баня еле теплая, пилинг делают девушки из Индонезии, жаль, что не турки.

На стамбульской волне счастья.
Pros:

Атмосфера отеля. Наличие бассейна и джакузи было очень приятным бонусом. Вкусная и разнообразная еда на завтраках, отличный панорамный ресторан. Номер стильный, удобнве кровати, постельное белье потрясающее. Расположение удобное для посещения достопримечательностей. Любим этот район Лалели. Обязательно вернемся опять.

Śniadania smaczne, różnorodność dań była zadawalająca, duży wybór serów, warzyw, ciast, wędlin natomiast bardzo mały wybór owców. Lokalizacja hotelu idealna, wszędzie blisko, tramwaj i metro praktycznie przy hotelu, do wieku miejsc można było dojść również spacerkiem. Pokój czysty, ale dość ciasny, łazienka malutka. Była szafa ale tylko z wieszakami, brakowało półek do wyłożenia rzeczy

Excellent hotel with amazing breakfast, very friendly staff, great location and outstanding value for money.

Everything was excellent. The hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of fresh and delicious food. The staff were professional, friendly and always willing to help. The location is very convenient for exploring Istanbul. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Tirando o incidente da chegada foi fantastica e mesmo assim indicarei a que pedir sugestao.

Um optimo pequeno almoço com muita diversidade de doçarias e o alojamento esta bem localizado com muitos atractivos proximo restaurantes, bares, comercio shopping e grande bazar proximo e ruas muito bem confortavel

Gostei das sugestoes de actividades e fizemos varias.

Gostei da culinaria e dos doces de pistacios

Nao gostei a quando da nossa chegada o quarto escolhido no booking nao foi o que nos atribuiram deram nos um quarto pequeno com camas desarrumadas e nos fundos do corredor.

Para trocarem tivemos de descer e reclamar na recpcao eu achei esta atitude desagradavel por parte dos funcionarios da recepcao, mesmo porque o hospede vem de uma longa viagem.

Foi desnecessario termos de fazer reclamacao pedir para falar com o gerente para nos darem o quarto que realmente pagamos e defacto deram nos o quarto que correspondia o que pagamos

Bardzo udany pobyt w Stambule
Pros:

Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji , blisko komunikacja: metro ,tramwaje,autobusy 10 minut na piechotę do akweduktu Walensa , obok park, lokalny rynek i restauracje. Śniadanie urozmaicone, duży wybór świeże sałaty oliwki ser owoce, dania na ciepło. Dodatkowo jajecznica lub omlet przyrządzany na bieżąco. Sprzątanie w pokoju codziennie.
