לא כל יום ניקו את המקלחת והשירותים וזה קצת הפריע וגם אין אפשרות לניקוי עצמי. שירותי הכביסה עובדים ממש בטווחי זמנים קצרים מיום שני עד יום חמישי אפילו אמרו לי בחמישי בערב שכבר עדיף לי להביא כביסה ביום ראשון בערב זה אותו הדבר. היה גם מקרה שעשיתי check out יום לפני ניסיתי לדבר עם מנהל ואין מענה לדרג בכיר זמין

Agradável mas podia ser melhor!
Pros:

Limpeza do quarto impecável e reposição de itens de consumo rápida. Funcionários mto simpáticos!
Cama confortável, banheiro com água bem quentinha. Café da manhã com pouca variedade, mas gostoso. Academia super funcional.

Cons:

Em relação a localização… o hotel fica numa área badalada, então passam mtos carros com volume de som altíssimo, que parece que está dentro do quarto (fiquei no 3 andar). Então acho que é uma questão de falta de isolamento acústico mesmo. Dormir cedo foi meio desafiador. Não rolou pra mim.
O secador do banheiro não tem mta autonomia de uso. Mesmo na rede elétrica, ele para de funcionar no meio do processo (tenho pouco cabelo) e deixa na mão! E por fim, pouca opção de refeição leve no serviço de quarto… faltou ter como opção uma fruta ou uma salada de fruta para quem gosta de coisas leves (fruta apenas no café da manhã).
