місце, бесперечно, класне. якби готель зразу пропонував морський трансфер - то було б вау! навіть за доплату. реальність 40км поїзки в готель місцевими територіями - прикольний екскурс, але сподобається далеко не всім. номера - супер. сніданки - супер. вибір фруктів - відповідний курорту. пляжі - на рівні. на пляжі пригощають холодною водою та фруктами.

Cons:

поїздка до готелю, якщо у вас нема прямого трансферу з готеля, ще той квест. на орендному авто ви "познайомитесь" з місцевими, які присутні неподалік готельного комплексу (доволі багато окремих груп). перший раз нас перестріли по дорозі і ми надто перелякались. вдруге, ми вже знали, що з ними треба спілкуватись, тож потратили час на не дуже приємну бесіду. але їх пропозиції бути: вам: провідниками, охоронцями, екскурсоводами, провожатими, кулінарними радниками, драг ділерами і таке інше - надто нав'язливі. відв'язатись важко. хоча хтось може і скористається...
черги на ресепшені опрацьовуються дуже довго. деякі "наглі" гості пруться без черги і співробітники на це не реагують. 1.5 години ми ще не оформлювались ніде в світі. і на виїзді також. кондиціонерів на ресепшені нема. тому після дороги це додаткова така собі емоція.
меню прикольні але ціни в рестораціях рівня мішлен.
нема місцевого (колумбійського) вина.
коли багото гостей є проблема з достатньою кількістю лежаків під зонтами.

Pros:

Experiência incrível! O visual do hotel é um espetáculo à parte. A praia com seu típico mar azul-caribenho, apresentação de dança típica no fim de tarde seguida de queima de fogos (no sábado), todo o requinte do atendimento e comodidades (quarto muito confortável com cama super King, banheiros com produtos L'Occitane), café da manhã fabuloso (ficamos na opção à la carte, muito bem servida), restaurante Baia com excelente custo-benefício.

Cons:

A distância da cidade requer o uso de transporte privado (táxi ou uber são as melhores opções- cada trecho em torno de R$250).
Fique atento à cobrança de gorjeta (opcional) ao encerrar a conta. Mas sinceramente, o atendimento é tão 5 estrelas, que , se vc puder, vc faz questão de pagar.
