Excelente hotel, mala comunicación
Pros:

Es nuestra tercera vez que vamos, el hotel es el mejor de Colombia.

Cons:

No nos avisaron que el gimnasio iba a estar fuera de servicio y esa es una parte vital de nuestra estadía, no pudimos hacer ejercicio ningún día. De haber sabido habíamos movido nuestro viaje pues es un hotel costoso para no tener todos sus espacios disponibles.

Staff in the restaurants were kind and attentive

Cons:

While the foundation for a good stay was there, the execution and service were entirely incompatible with a 5-star resort. The atmosphere among the staff was noticeably tense; while they weren't impolite, they interacted with us like robots who were constantly being watched by upper management. This rigid, uptight environment made us feel uncomfortable and resulted in highly inefficient service, including us having to repeatedly verify our guest status, not getting replies on services like getting airport shuttle, etc.

Furthermore, management seems unequipped to handle high guest volumes. Our check-in was delayed until 16:30 while other guests were prioritized, the spa lacked proper upkeep, and 3 out of the 5 restaurants were closed for a private event, forcing us to repeat dining options. Given the price point and the lack of seamless hospitality, we will not be returning.

Pros:

La struttura è raggiungibile in taxi o Uber in circa 1.15 h dal centro di Cartagena. Molto bella e curata, un servizio attento e disponibile. Ci è stato fatto un upgrade gratuito e pure il check in anticipato tutto molto gradito. La camera fronte spiaggia era molto spaziosa e pulita, con un letto comodissimo e un armadio molto grande. La spiaggia e il mare veramente bellissimi entrambi con un servizio impeccabile anche grazie alla grande attenzione di Edgar ha reso il ns soggiorno molto rilassante. Ottimi anche i ristoranti, in particolare Humo. La colazione superba

Nulla, tutto perfetto. L’unico neo, che non dipende della struttura, sono le moto d’acqua che continuano a girare davanti alla spiaggia per vendere tour e noleggi.

Las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas. El personal es muy amable. La comida de los restaurantes sencillamente espectacular.

El desayuno abundante con bastante personal de servicio, relativamente un desayuno normal como todos los que se dan en los hoteles 5 estrellas sin ser nada extrardinario.

Cons:

La carta de medio dia y noche, muy básica , poco personal de atención, es decir mal el servicio. El personal abundante solo lo hay en el desayuno. me pareció absurdo los precios de las comida vrs la calidad y cantidad. Los fritos todos aceitunos y adicional me cobraron sin mi autorización 440.000 pesos por concepto de propias de personal oculto. Me molesto y mucho cobrar este concepto sin mi autorización. SOLICITE MI DEVOLUCION o de lo contrario presentare queja ante la SIC.

унікальна локація, що нагадує Домініканьске узбережжя Баваро, але без варіанту виїзда за межі готельної території. дуже чемний та професійний персонал (окрім решепшн). прекрасна територія. чудові сніданки та бездоганний wifi по всій території. берегова лінія - напевно краща в Колумбіі. номери та сервіс - відповідають ☆☆☆☆☆. свинину на вечерю готують класно! по телятині треба запросити іншого повара. на пляжі постійно пропонують воду з льодом та

1. в сніданках, при всьому достатку, кепсько з овочами... їх банально нема. вибір м'яса, риби, фруктів, солодощів - супер, але без овочів. є салати: вони дуже специфічні. краще б поставили плейт з томатами, перцем та огірками.
2. прайс на готельні ala-card - то прайс центрових Лондоньских ресторацій. $200 за тамагавк на 1 кг... це дорожче чим в топових рестораціях Абу Дабі. при тому, що тут в порівнянні з Абу Дабі з телятиною працювати не вміють. повари не знають, що таке правильні маринади та соуси і що телятину не треба відправляти на гриль в непідготовленому в маринадами стані. тому вона жорстка та банально ніяка Пилити м'ясо телятини, що нагадує фанеру, за $200 - то вже занадто!! свинина - більш-менш норм... від неї і захоплювались.
3. Прибуття в готель - щось накшалт приїзду на віллу Ескобара. спочатку тебе перестрівають чуваки перед мостом на Бару, що перегороджують дорогу з роззявленими руками (якщо ви на орендованому авто і побачать вашу білу пику), потім пруть за вами на 5 мотоциклах навдогін, потім в Санта Ані зникає GPS ... і вас наздоганяють і тавтично пропонують провезти до готелю за плату. Порада: чуваки, що перестрівають вас не скоять вам зла, але як в мульті про Алладіна вони як джин, що може змусити вас пережити дуже сильні неприємні емоції, та трошки злякатися. завучіть пару фраз на іспанській мові, що ви знаєте дорогу в Sofitel, і у вас є карта або що ви тут мешкаєте і вони відчепляться. але це не точно. :)
але це мінус готелю... і мінус, що відштовхує.
альтернатива: закачайте "meps.me" offline карту Baru. дорога йде через Санта Ана в кінці міста (це важливо), а не те що малює google. дорогачерез google - то вже приватна територія, через яку не проїхати.
коли вас місцеві пройдисвіти доведуть до перших воріт готеля, вас зустрічає охоронець, що довго перевіряє прізвищя в списках, дзвоне кудись і ви стоїте як йолоп, розуміючи, що ви сплатили $560 за добу і вас 15 хвилин маринує якийсь мудак з виглядом не менш, як Че Гевари.

Muy limpio, muy buena atención de parte del personal y escucharon mis solicitudes.

Cons:

Ellos agregaron a mi factura casi 40 dólares por el transporte con el carro de golf, sin preguntarme primero, es absurdo considerando que el servicios de carritos de golf lo ofrecen para llevarte del lobby a tu habitación ( un camino de 3 o 5 minutos).
Y la playa no estaba muy limpia. La arena necesita mejor mantenimiento y limpieza pero el mar sí era excelente.
