Cons:

I realized once I arrived (after booking) that it's more of a short-stay/love hotel than a standard hotel.
It would be good to mention this in the Booking.com description.
Aside from that, it was decent.

Muy agradable
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es genial, muy céntrico.
Las comodidades (shampoo, crema humectante) son repuestas siempre que quieras.
El staff es muy amable y hace un intento por comunicarse a pesar de no saber ingles.

Cons:

Solo hay sandalias para mujer en la habitación, no hay pantuflas unisex.
Un microondas en la habitación seria genial.

Comfortable, but not for families with children or women travelling alone (love hotel)

Clean and friendly staff. No noise.

Cons:

This is a love hotel (a regular hotel does not have condoms by the bed). It was not promoted as such. I would not have stayed here as a single woman if I had known. There are 'clubs' and other 'establishments' next to the location not suitable for families with children. As a single woman you might not feel safe here (drunk men around the hotel at evening).

Good value and safe
Pros:

The location is great and the staff is very friendly.

Cons:

It is a love hotel, which isn’t a problem at all. I still felt safe as a solo female traveler. It is just a bit inconvenient that we must return the keys to the desk staff every time we want to leave the room. The toilet is old and doesn’t have a bidet.

Pros:

納期の近い作業のため、GW期間中に利用した。池袋という立地で、連休中にもかかわらず料金は非常にリーズナブル。
外観や設備からレジャーホテルに近い雰囲気を感じたが、室内は静かで、外部の音に邪魔されることなく仕事に没頭できた。部屋の広さもちょうどよく、まさに缶詰めで作業したい時にぴったりの環境だった。

기다리는사람들은 왜 기다리는지 모르지만 통로가 좁음
2. 숙소가 캐리어 1개 펴기도 힘듬
3. 예약한 가격보다 숙소입구에 적힌 가격이 더 저렴한거같았음
4. 외출할때 키를 커운터에 줘야하는 불편함이 있음
