Pros:

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of selections of food and drinks. The room was beautiful and we had a great view out of the window. And the shower was so nice to utilize.

Cons:

The pillows were a tad too soft for me but other than that everything else was fantastic.

We were quite happy with the hotel. It was everything we expected and more.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, there was plenty of variety, everything was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was nicely furnished, clean, and the beds were comfortable enough. We also had a nice view from our room. We even spied two white tailed deer near the edge of the woods. We also enjoyed watching the Canada geese on the adjacent property. Every staff person we encountered was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We think an extra luggage rack would have been helpful.

Convenient to Baseball Hall of Fame
Pros:

Clean, pleasant, quiet atmosphere. Friendly staff. Average breakfast.

Cons:

Not Hampton Inn's fault but the area is limited with other services due to the rural nature of the location. Very close to National Baseball Hall of Fame, but few to no choices to pick up a quick meal after checking in. Snack/ beverage bar was helpful but I did not see any personal self care items that I unexpectedly needed.
