Everything is new and clean, feels luxurious and high tech.

Esperienza magnifica e indimenticabile! Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido Hotel Boutique per quattro notti ed è stato tutto semplicemente perfetto. Le camere erano pulitissime e profumate in ogni momento. Un plauso speciale va a tutto il personale: cordiali, eccezionali e sempre pronti ad accoglierci con il sorriso. La loro straordinaria ospitalità ha reso la nostra vacanza a Creta davvero unica. Consigliatissimo!

Das instalações e do cuidado de todos com os hóspedes. Especialmente a recepcionista Alessandra que além de extremamente simpática era muito eficiente e prestativo. O café da manhã era excepcional, tanto para comer no hotel, como boxs preparados com extrema delicadeza quando precisamos comer antes do horário de início do café.

I would like to sincerely thank everyone at the hotel for making our stay so wonderful. We spent truly relaxing days and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived until we left.

Hotel di classe in struttura con poche camere molto curate architettonicamente e gestione familiare. Colazione interessantissima e di ottima qualità servita in giardino interno circondato da piante verdi.

We had a fantastic week staying at the Nearchou hotel, we stayed with our children and had two beautiful rooms next to each other.
Tammy, George and Alexandra were great hosts making us feel so welcome.
Everything about the hotel is first class, so much attention to detail from the rooms to the breakfast to the atmosphere when you walk in.
The hire car company they arranged for us to use were fab too, so I would highly recommend getting your hire car from them as well.
We found there was always parking available outside the hotel or on a street nearby, we never had an issue.
The hotel is located in a great area for exploring Chania town and the harbour, most places are a pleasant 10-15 min walk.
You can access a lot of fantastic locations nearby as well if you have a car available, Tammy, George and Alexandra have a wealth of local knowledge on beaches, restaurants, hiking routes, botanical gardens all sorts of interesting days out.
By the end of our week we felt like part of the family at the Nearchou and were very sad to leave.
We plan to return to this hotel sometime in the future.

The whole hotel was super well designed and located. We arrived earlier than our room was ready and were greeted warmly by George. He showed us the hotel's app which had a host of recommendations for our stay including what beaches to visit and restuarants to try. We stayed for 5 nights and had a car so really made use of the free parking available outside the building. The rooms were designed with everyone in mind and had everything you needed. you could tell everything was thought through from the black out blinds to the breakfasts which were yummy. But what topped off our stay were the friendly staff like Tammy who were always ready to say hello, give recommendations and help out.
