It’s a scam. Be careful. The kalaras hotel batukaras doesn’t have a cooperation with any OTA. I booked and I payed a room, but the hotel said there is no books any room for my name. I’m wondering how this platform berified any hotel provider here. It’s a shame

Surprisingly nice room, but ...
Pros:

It was surprisingly clean and comfortable. The location is near a convenient store and a mosque.

Cons:

It was confusing because it's not like a usual hotel. There's no receptionist. The room is hotel standard but the check.in process is more like Airbnb. Call the local contact person when you reach there. Also no breakfast
