I checked out early
Pros:

Even for the price, it wasn’t great.

Cons:

It smelled like mildew and urine and the WiFi wasn’t working. I reached out to the host and none of the issues were resolved. I ended up checking out early.

Well positioned, but needs maitenance and better shower pressure
Pros:

10 min walk to train station. Had some air conditioning. Large towels.

Cons:

Tiny shower with some mould on the grouting. Very weak shower pressure. I know want to save water but pretty riduculous. Only bad one temperature ( cold) bit didn’t matter as was heat wave. Did have air conditioner in main room and two portable ones in bedroom( but has to put out window which defeated the purpose. ) was a bit smelly at times on alley to appartment.

היה לי קל להתמצא באיזור...

הקושי עם מדרגות עם מזוודה כבדה וציוד ללא עזרה
השירותים מקלחת מחוץ לחדר בלתי נסבל
ולא נוח
הדלת שם לא נסגרת הרמטית כל הזמן הייתי הלחץ שלא יפתחו כשאני מתקלחת או בשירותים.
המזגן ישן ולא קירור באמת
לא היתה מכונת קפה
רק קומקום ללא סוכר, קפה, תה...מינימלי לדרוש ולקבל.

Una Venezia ancora autentica
Pros:

Ottima posizione non lontano dal centro e dalla stazione, in un quartiere molto bello e non troppo congestionato. Vicinissimo alla fermata del battello guglie e al campus di san Giobbe. Vicino anche al supermercato nel teatro Italia. Ottimo il bar pontini sotto casa. Zona ancora autentica

Pros:

Emplacement proche de la gare et proximité de commerces, restaurants et arrêt de vaporetto.

Cons:

Salle de bain sur le palier et non rattachée à la chambre. Pas de possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres dans la salle de bain et la chambre.. Pas d'ascenseur. Équipement très basique.

Good location, but lacking in comfort
Pros:

Location is good, it is quiet, and the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

The apartment is quite sparely furnished and feels a bit damp and stuffy. Everything is quite dated. The biggest con for me is that the bathroom is not just “across the hall” as they have mentioned in response to other guests, but you have to go up stairs (3 steps) and down another 5 steps to go through the main entrance area of the whole building (hope other guests are not going through at that moment) to get to the bathroom, which is basically in the lobby. It is not accessible and certainly doesn’t feel very private (For reference, I have included a photo from the bathroom of the distance between it and the apartment door.)

Pros:

Great location, just a short walk from the central station. Very well connected; there's a vaporetto station right outside the property and a busy street with lots of shops that takes you straight to Rialto. The property itself is tucked away in a very tranquil alley, great for resting.

Cons:

The bathroom door didn't close all the way, and the light in the toilet was close to dead.
A section of the floor next to the bathroom was broken, as if chipped from renovations.
While the alley where the property lies is very chill, noise carries easily inside the property, so other noisy guests are annoying.

Un débarrât , notre pire expérience de location

Lit propre et toilette aussi

Cons:

Réception à l air d un espace à rangement, bol de toilette avec un revêtement fendu , porte de l appartement qui accroche dans les marches en ouvrant , ustensiles dates d au moins 40 ans , vieux métal usée aucun chrome ou stainless , trace de moisissures, coussin beige tellement sale jamais été nettoyé, plancher flottant qui relève de partout à cause de l humidité et planche manquante caché par une moquette, aucun lingerie pour vaisselle , aucune envie d investir pour un logement salubre et viable, vous devriez même pas les représenter,
