War alles sehr schön.

Cons:

Wir waren komplett alleine dort. Statt Personal waren dort ein paar Kameras. Das empfanden wir als eher ungemütlich.
Generell würde ich mir als Kommunikationskanal Booking und nicht mein privates Whatsapp wünschen.

Lost keys, never informed about, never returned.

I had lost my keys. I didn't realize it was still in the room. So, I call around and think to call back to this hotel. I was still traveling around and had to trace back my steps. The staff here had found my keys it turned out, but strangely didn't bother to even let me know. Then, when I asked if they could ship it (and I offered repeatedly to cover the costs), they said, we mailed it. Never got it. So, most wildly, they didn't even care to inform me from the start that my keys had been left behind so that I could simply retrieve them myself. Then, when I asked if I needed to return to get them, they said we mailed them, and I never received them. Do not go here. I've never been to single hotel throughout Spain, Germany, Italy, Iceland, Slovenia, the US, etc, where hotel owners behave like this. Obviously, everyone should be sure they don't lose their belongings. Obviously. But, obviously, people will lose stuff while traveling, and you'd hope that the places you pay to stay in would have enough decency to help out when they can. This was an incredibly small favor to ask. Just letting me know from the start would have been great. They didn't even let me know.

Vi hyggede meget og boede ved torvet i byen helt tæt på restaurant. Værten var super sød og hjælpsom.

Grundsätzlich zufrieden, aber das mit dem Zimmer (Stockbett, Schlafkoje ohne Fester) war unprofessionell.

Freundliches Personal. Schöner Pool und gutes Frühstück.

Unflexibel bei Zimmerwechsel/Upgrade.
