We would like to inform you of a planned maintenance work on our swimming pool, expected to take place from 1st to 25th March. The works will be conducted daily between 16:00 hrs and 00:00 hrs, without any disturbance to rooms, only affecting pool closing times.
During this period, the pool will be officially closed from 16:00 hrs onwards. Guests who wish to remain at the pool between 16:00 hrs and 20:00 hrs may do so. However, they should be informed that some maintenance work will be conducted in that time.
We kindly request your support in communicating this to your clients in advance. Final confirmation of dates will be shared shortly.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Okay but below the expectation as a 5 stars hotel.
Pros:

Shampoo, body soap, hand soap were good. Shower facility was good. Bed was comfortable. View was good.

Cons:

Air conditioner was too noisy. Window glass was not clean enough. Hair dryer was not provided in default. Outside was noisy from early morning. One of the staff always made me confused.

Modernes Hotel, sehr gute Ausstattung und schmackhaftes Buffett.

Cons:

Was sehr schlecht war, dass vor dem Hotel eine grosse Baustelle war, auf der Tag und Nacht mit sehr grossem Lärm gearbeitet wurde. Am Hauspool war es unerträglich laut, im Hotelrestaurant ebenfalls. Schade, denn ohne diesen Lärm wäre das Hotel wirklich sehr gut gewesen.
