Excellent. Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Beautifully renovated, very comfortable king room, friendly staff, awesome bistro with great food. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The only things that could be improved upon are:
•front balcony needs more regular cleaning ie. Wiping down tables, emptying ash trays, ensuring bins are emptied, mopping

•for the price, the room servicing could be better especially for long stays. You have to request to have the room cleaned, towels/sheets changed during your stay. This would be better if it was automatically done every 3rd day or so for long stays. When the room was cleaned during our stay, it was done so immaculately but sometimes it took a while for this to occur even when requested.

•have a larger bin in rooms not just the small bin in bathroom

Great stay. Have stayed before but had a room out the back near the smoking area and was awful.
Pros:

Location and the food at the restaurant were great. Loved having a drink on the balcony

Miniature room. Maximum charge. Lots of noise. Not much chance of experiencing a fulfilling nights sleep.
Pros:

The property appeared to be a relatively new setup, above a pub. The property overall was very clean and modern. The location is central and convenient.

Cons:

The room is quite small. However the booking fee that’s is charged by the venue, is quite high for what the customer receives.
Our main concern is the NOISE. The setup that has been provided, appears to have very poor sound proofing installed. We were kept awake for most of the night, by the sound of what I assume were gaming machines. We could also clearly hear other guests in their rooms, going about their business, talking, laughing etc.
