老板娘是会说中文的，另外也还有常见的两个员工，一个男生和一位阿姨，他们都很友好热心。遇上什么问题，他们会帮忙解答解决，老板娘也还给我们推荐了去当地的周末市集。我们非常感激🙌。槟城好吃好逛好玩，觉得只安排一两天在槟城的时间太少了，下次再来！！
Pros:

喜欢房间的装修风格，木制的地板和窗户，古色古香，挺温馨的。卫生间干净无异味，地板花纹我觉得很好看🤩，很特别。
楼下会有自助的糕点、茶水和咖啡，nice👍
离码头走路十多分钟，去街头艺术中心和其他地方也不远，附近也有很多吃的。

Issues that are getting overlooked
Pros:

Location bang in George town, walking distance from street art, ghost museum, upside down museum, asian camera museum, a few good hawkers markets

Cons:

The room we stayed in had a major mattress issue which was also pointed out by a reviewer in an earlier review in May. Despite that, the owner chose to not change the mattress. Just like the other reviewer, we had a bad nights sleep and had to change to another room the next day - albeit a smaller one.
The owner was kind enough to apologize and adjust the room rent. But she should have acted on the earlier complaint. I hope they do now..

Een leuk knus hotelletje
Pros:

Gezellige hotelletje,we hadden een knus en schone kamer.Een aardige gastheer,die zeer behulpzaam was. Al die gezellige straatje met cafeetjes, boetiekjes, massagesalons, restaurants liggen op loopafstand.

Pros:

Über WhatsApp war jederzeit eine Kontaktaufnahme zu beiden Gastgebern möglich. Zimmerwechsel war unproblematisch möglich. Wasser, Tee und Kuchen bzw. Obst stehen kostenfrei an der Rezeption zur Verfügung. Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Badezimmer war sehr schön.

Cons:

Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln, da im gebuchten Zimmer die Matratze komplett durchgelegen war. Man spürte jede einzelne Matratzenfeder. Zudem waren teilweise keine richtigen Fenster verbaut, sondern lediglich ein Sichtschutz aus Holz. Wärme und Lärm von Außen konnten so ungehindert ins Zimmer ziehen.
Generell wäre eine Renovierung angebracht. Gerade die Wände sind mitunter verschmutzt bzw. blättert Putz an vielen Stellen ab.

Le personnel, la localisation. Machine à laver + sèche linge. Fontaine à eau.

Cons:

Les chambres à l’étage ont du parquet au sol donc on entend beaucoup au rdc.
