Comfort, valuable, best location, and maybe with flies
Pros:

Nice, spacious rooms, but disappointed by a pest issue and unprofessional front desk attitude. We had a beautiful time in Salzburg and initially enjoyed our stay. We stayed in Room 4 from June 16-18, and then moved to Room 17 on the 4th floor from June 19-21. Room 17 was a great upgrade—much quieter, larger, and very comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience in Room 17 was ruined by a fly infestation. Shortly after checking in, we found a large number of flies in the room. They seemed to come from the kitchen sink bin or the ventilation system. I had to kill about ten of them on the first night. We kept all the windows strictly closed for the rest of our stay, but flies kept appearing. We even had to open the curtains to attract them to the glass just to swat them with our slippers.

What made the situation worse was the attitude of the receptionist (the lady with purple hair) at check-out. We kindly informed her about the fly issue simply to prevent the next guest from dealing with it. Instead of apologizing or taking it seriously, she was highly dismissive and blamed us, stating that bugs will always come in if windows are opened. She completely ignored the fact that we had kept the windows closed the entire time. It was a very disappointing and unprofessional response to constructive feedback.

We do like the stay once again, and we would only have this bad comment while the front desk try not to apologize and to blame us to let the windows opened (we closed them immediately after discovering flies.

An enjoyable stay
Pros:

Very convenient location, spacious apartments and great facilities including sauna. The interior design is very stylish and modern.

Great location and room to have a staycation in the city.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Close to the Bahnhof. The room is spacious, modern, and clean. I love the interior design. Also they have a sauna and small gym, which is very nice to have a staycation in a city center of Salzburg.

Cons:

Our closet is broken. The water flush always running and cannot stop. I report to the reception and unfortunately they come when i was taking a bath and i suggest to come back 5 more minutes and they did not come again. Finally, when my husband arrive he fix it himself and the water closet stops.

Skvelá lokalita blízko centra a Mirabel gardens, veľmi pekný priestranný apartmán, všade čisto, veľmi dobré odhlučnenie od ulice, výborne vybavená kuchyňa, špeciálne oceňujem vnútorný dvor pre bezpečnú hru detí.

Cons:

Check-in robí zákazník na recepcii sám cez hotelový tablet - zadávanie všetkých osobných údajov cez sklenenú klávesnicu tabletu je nekomfortné a je to ďalšia zo služieb, ktorú zariadenia outsource-ujú na klientov.

清新雅致的公寓
Pros:

1、地理位置十分便利，到火车站8分钟，5分钟可走到公交车站

Ein wirklich so schönes Hotel mit Liebe zum Detail direkt in Salzburg. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Ausblick in den grünen Innenhof, der selbst einen Spielplatz bietet, wirklich ein Kleinod in der Stadt. Das Familie Apartment war für unseren Frauenausflug mit Kleinkind ideal. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Great location, near supermarket, restaurants, bus, and the Salzburg train station. Room is spacious and comfortable. Our room has 2 bedrooms with a king size bed in each room and plenty of closet space. The living room has a bench-like sofa that can be used as a bed. Plenty of space for 4 adults (and a 5th on the sofa).

Cons:

Shower need a shower curtain and shower drain needs to be fixed (it drains very slowly - almost flooding each time we shower) - we were in apartment 19. Microwave need instructions. The coffee and tea brands used are not good tasting.
