Einfach wunderbar!!!!
Pros:

Wir waren in diesem neu renovierten Hotel in Salzburg und sind wirklich total begeistert gewesen.

Ich arbeite selbst als Hotelrezeptionistin und weiß daher sehr gut, wie viel Organisation, Druck und Feingefühl in einem Hotelbetrieb steckt – und dass man jeden Tag gute Laune haben muss, immer freundlich bleibt und das auch dann noch, wenn Gäste schwierig sind oder nicht immer alles einfach ist. Genau deshalb schätze ich es umso mehr, wenn man merkt, dass ein Haus das wirklich mit Herz und Professionalität lebt.

Auch ein Welcome Drink bei der Ankunft ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit– umso schöner, wenn so etwas einfach selbstverständlich und herzlich angeboten wird.

Das ganze Hotel hat unglaublich viel Charme und eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Alles wirkt modern, aber trotzdem warm und persönlich.

Das Zimmer war richtig groß, sehr sauber und vor allem super ruhig – wir haben wirklich ausgezeichnet geschlafen.

Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war ein echtes Highlight: sehr vielfältig, frisch und einfach richtig gut.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter – wirklich alle waren außergewöhnlich nett, aufmerksam und herzlich.

Ganz ehrlich: wer hier noch was zum Jammern findet, hat es wahrscheinlich einfach nicht verstanden. Für uns war es perfekt - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Design, Komfort und Freundlichkeit mitten in der Stadt
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, gemütliches Zimmer, tolles Interieur, fantastisches Frühstück, Willkommensdrink und selbstgemachte Biskuits zum Abschluss. Rundum alles prima und sehr empfehlenswert!

Personal sehr aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit.
Lage top geht kaum besser
Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet.
Frühstück sehr vielseitig und wird immer sofort aufgefüllt wenn was fehlt.
Hotel kann ich zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

A Magical Find in Salzburg
Pros:

It is not possible to say too much about our experience at the Gentle Hide Designhotel! Our hosts were exceptional! From the gratis drink only shortly after entering the establishment to the final interaction with the staff at the end of our 3-day stay, it was remarkable.

The location in Salzburg could not have been better, centrally-located in the city but pleasantly quiet at all hours of the day. Our room was one of the smaller ones available but it was amply outfitted and tastefully appointed. The shower was fantastic, the most modern and spacious of our entire 2-week trip.

The breakfast was also amazing. Everything from cheeses and meats, to breads and cereals, to eggs made-to-order. What more could one ask? We will definitely be recommending the Gentle Hide Designhotel to friends and family and would certainly stay there again.

Cons:

Being in the center o f the city, the hotel has no on-site parking but this was probably to be expected.
