Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione a Tashkent.
Il personale è molto gentile, disponibile e professionale, ci hanno fatto andare prima dell'orario del check in in camera senza costi aggiuntivi.
Colazione buonissima e molto varia, viene fatta al Holiday Inn, che sono collegati internamente senza dover uscire.
Camera spaziosa e dotata di tutto.
È stata una bellissima esperienza, grazie.

Appartamento molto spazioso, nuovo e pulitissimo.
Bello il quartiere pieno di ristoranti e eventualmente attrazioni per i bambini.
Colazione ottima nella bella sala dell'Holiday Inn a cui si accede attraverso una scala interna.
C'è un distributore di acqua potabile in corridoio.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta perfetta per visitare la città. Colazione superlativa, servita all’adiacente Holiday Inn (collegato internamente tramite un corridoio). Camera ampia e spaziosa.

* Clean and well-maintained rooms.
* Good overall experience.

Areas for Improvement:

* Check-in: The entrance and reception location were not clearly explained. We spent around 30 minutes trying to find the hotel before calling reception. Clear arrival instructions would be very helpful.
* Payment: The amount charged to my credit card was higher than the booking amount due to bank-related charges. I don’t mind paying the charges, but guests should be informed in advance.
* Customer Service: I requested a late check-out of only 30 minutes, but the response was quite rude. Even if the request cannot be approved, a polite and professional response would leave a much better impression.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but improving communication and customer service would make the experience even better.
