Disappointing and would never stay here again
Cons:

Pretty sure the sheets had not been changed based on all the hair in the bed and our room wreaked of wet dog. Talked to a person at the desk who assured me they would take this matter to the manager and someone would reach out. I have not received a call and pretty sure I never will. Really disappointing experience and staying here was a poor decision.

Excellent hospitality
Pros:

Ruby is the best! What an asset to everhome and a credit to her parents! A brilliant receptionist. Perfect manners, friendly and helpful and most professional. Thank you Ruby for taking such good care of us.
Really good location, clean, with lovely views of the mountains.
