Put in handicapped room for no reason, No table and chairs where you can eat, motorized shade did not work, no dish soap for doing dishes, soft bed, no light at desk, very cold ambience, no luggage racks

Could be so much better
Pros:

- big bright room
- kitchen in the apartment
- location close to the airport

Cons:

- a lot of dust in the room corners
- very uncomfortable shower head, problems with hot water (sometimes mildly warm was the highset achievable temperature)
- poorly equipped kitchen
- super heavy apartment door
- terribly squeaky bed (even light movement caused loud noise)

It was a decent place to stay for the price!

Pros:

The room was perfect for our stay. Having the kitchenette so we could prepare food help save on dining out everyday. Awesome setup.

Cons:

There were a couple of minor issues the first couple of days. There was a issue with the shower, a nasty oily pot . I informed the front desk and was told if they couldn't fix the problem they would move us to another room. Shower was fixed the same day and the pot was replaced. We were here three days before we received room service. I had to ask for room service. Don't know what the policy is on that. I think it's something that needs to be address.

Convenient just far enough away from the congestion view was beautiful

Cons:

Coffee was good but coffee maker would leak out of top when brewing could have been us not using this type coffee maker

It was in a great quiet location, room was large and clean.

Cons:

The bathroom door couldn’t close all the way, they shouldn’t have a dishwasher for such little dishes, plus it was difficult to operate. Dishwashing hand soap would of been better. The dishes were small for a family, it’s more like for 1-2 people.

The staff was remarkable and even assisted loading our luggage into the van. Becca was outstanding in assisting my wife finishing up loading the van. The room was huge and exceeded our expectations,
