Pleasant, accessable friendly not just to room but location and service’s locally
Pros:

We had a handicapable room which was fantastic kitchen well stocked and extremely close to MSU

Cons:

NEEDS More rubbish bins in unit….had only in kitchen bath- need one for the main area or at least near the beds
Also wish they had a bigger pot ( ie to make spaghetti) not just a simmer pan

Pleasant, but needs improvement
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location with nearby restaurants, grocery, and shopping. It is near the major roads and close to downtown

Cons:

I asked on two different days (out of the 6 days I stayed) for a room refresh, and it was never done. So, I used the same linens and towels for 6 days.

Cons:

I had requested a ground floor HP room. I got a Second floor HP room at the end of hall./ Not as HP friendly.as we needed. / Windows leaked with rain. / HP doors at main entry not working /. Bed was bad. Very hard on back and squeaky like springs. / Big puddle of H2o on floor when we went in.

Pros:

Location was great and clean room

Cons:

We were put in a handicap room. The bed was super low to the ground. It was very squeaky and a lumpy mattress. Worst 3 nights sleep we've ever had. Sad considering this hotel is only one year old.

Great place!
Pros:

Nice, clean modern room. Comfortable bed. Outside area of hotel had lots of seating areas. Close to food and shops.

Wish they had cleaned the room at least once. Had to ask for clean towels. We were also double charged for our room so I need to get this settled as soon as possible. Please send the number for who to talk to about this.

The property was clean and well maintained. The building smelled fresh. Everything was neat and organized. The staff was helpful. The room was well stocked. Having a fridge and cook options in the room was awesome. And the pet area was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The bed was too firm for my liking. And provided separate shampoo and conditioners would have been helpful.

Very efficient and well kept

Cons:

Absolutely abysmal internet. What modern hotel in this era doesn’t offer free fast speed WiFi. The side door was often left open by guests and presents a security risk. Not cool.

楼层清理员工很和善。我们到得比较晚，前台服务员出来得比较慢，但态度还好。设施很新，房子很大，满意

前台服务员在办理入住的时候，拿走了我的信用卡，而不是我自己在机器上刷卡。并且他把我的卡放置在我看不到的地方，我担心拿去拍照了

Pros:

The kitchen has a full size fridge which makes it easier for long stays. Location is great just 400meters from Wholeefoods and 200mts from another grocery store.

Cons:

I thinks they have trouble with their cleaning team. I was there for 2 weeks and not even once the gym was cleaned, the trash can bin was not emptied and towels were not replaced. We were there for a whole week and the room was not made we had to go downstairs to the front desk for 3 days in a row to ask for it to be made and finally we got it made and had to wait on the lobby because they didn't clean it while we were out.
