A nice and convenient place to stay.

Great stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel easy 10 minutes walk from Barcelona Sants train station. Very clean, rooms spacious, great walk in shower & nice amenities. Reception very staff welcoming & friendly. Easy walking to many places and good transport links.

Great stay in clean room with central location
Pros:

The hotel is located right next to Plaza de España which was perfect for us because we had an event nearby. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel parking is pricey at 20€ per night but I suppose it’s the only option in the area.

Tolles Hotel!!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und wir könnten unser Gepäck beim Ein-und Auschecken zum Aufbewahren abgeben. Sehr sauber und direkt an Metrostation.

Cons:

Die Lichtschalter könnte man irgendwie besser machen.

Camas muy incómodas, insonorización CERO, pésima experiencia.
Pros:

El personal muy amable y la limpieza perfecta en la habitación. La ubicación es muy buena.

Cons:

Estaba en una cuarta planta y se escuchaba a las personas que pasaba por delante del hotel, la insonorización pésima, las camas incómodas y las almohadas eran más bien cojines... la habitación de al lado hacía tal ruido que retumbaban en la habitación los golpes que pegaban. La tercera cama es un camastro totalmente diferente a las 2 otras camas, un "colchón" de 4 dedos máximo de altura.

Honestamente, he dormido mejor en camas de hospital privado que en ese camastro. Además, siendo un hotel 4 estrellas y tratarse de una habitación superior con tres camas, no puede anunciarse como una habitación superior triple cuando, a pesar de saber que hay 2 camas y 1 sofá-cama, no son 3 camas de igual condición en comodidad.

Si se usa un sofá-cama, debe ser al menos de la misma calidad el colchón porque sino hablamos de 1 doble + 1 camastro.

Una lástima por el personal y la ubicación, pero no volveremos más a este Hotel, la experiencia como huésped ha sido bastante mala y, de recuerdo, la huésped que ha dormido en el sofá-cama se ha ido con un dolor tremendo de espalda.

Aconselho a estadia no hotel e numa futura ida a Barcelona, já tenho local escolhido.
Pros:

Gostei bastante da variedade de comida no pequeno almoço. Os funcionários eram bastante prestáveis.
