I made the booking and went to the location, tried to contact the number no response. The Hotel at the location claimed that this was a different place and sent me elsewhere. Once again, that property didn't exist at the new location; finally, I made a booking on the spot and stayed. Overall, I feel this is a scam property, and Booking.com should not promote it. I was not able to contact them nor stay at the property my refund requests are not responded to.

this property does not exist. it's a scam. no idea why booking.com still allows them to accept bookings. tried booking.com's customer service to get a refund, but no reply whatsoever. i am currently more than a hundred bucks with no way of ever getting it back.

this property was closed before eid fitri. i got info from other property nearby, so i had to cancel and look for other property. and what worst is i had to wait and given penalty from booking.com for cancellation.

It's a SCAM & it stole Booking.com customer money.
Pros:

I like location because it very centre of attraction

Cons:

It's a scam because this hotel is never operate. It closed physically and yet still open book in online site like Booking.com.

I can't get my refund back.

Admin please ban this hotel from your app. Or i'll file a report to ministry for your negligence.
