Pros:

Near railway station

Cons:

No elevators. Difficult to climb stairs. If you stay in ground floor it is fine. If in first floor, it is a night mare to climb stairs everytime. Not suitable for senior citizen

Cons:

They have cleaned the windows but behind the curtains it was completely full of dust. I had baby and she was sneezing continuously. Then only i found it was of dust behind curtains.

Cons:

We booked a room at Sree Arul Muthu Residency, Madurai. Unfortunately, I was unable to download the invoice through the app. I contacted the hotel for assistance, but the staff member spoke to me very rudely. He refused to provide the invoice and simply told me to collect it from the online booking platform. I am disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour and the lack of support in obtaining the bill. I request that this issue be addressed and that I receive my invoice at the earliest.
