Relaxed rural accommodation
Pros:

The staff were friendly, and there were a few quiet cafes/restaurants within a 5-minute walk.
This place is definitely not a 4 or 5 star resort but has a rustic feel.
For me, it was much better than staying in Sapa.
It was easy to get grab or a taxi.

Pros:

The natural vibe and view, helpful nature of the staff

Cons:

That there was no one to handle the front desk in the nighttime. Though the property and village seems very safe but having a full time person available at the front desk would have been better.

A relaxing experience near Riverside
Pros:

I love the hotel, it is near the riverside calm to relax, near to terraces. The staff from reception are very helpful, they helped me book for my transfers from sapa bus station to hotel and hotel back to hanoi. They even helped me book a cab for my everyday activities and the driver was very accommodating. Also, taking breakfast near the pool overlooking the riverside is very relaxing. Keep up the good work

I hope the swimming pool could be maintained as well for us to swim and could be temperature controlled

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt bei einer wunderbaren Familie!

Wir hatten einen wirklich großartigen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Die Familie, die das Hotel führt, ist unglaublich herzlich und gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt und wurden bestens umsorgt. Man merkt einfach, wie viel Mühe und Leidenschaft hier hineingesteckt wird.

Auch die drei kleinen Kinder der Familie waren unglaublich süß und haben den Aufenthalt noch persönlicher gemacht. Egal, was wir gebraucht haben – die Familie hat sich um alles gekümmert und uns bei der Organisation geholfen.

Das Essen vor Ort war hervorragend und auch das Frühstück war richtig gut. Insgesamt hat einfach alles gestimmt: die Gastfreundschaft, der Service, das Essen und die familiäre Atmosphäre.

Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der in einer herzlichen und persönlichen Umgebung übernachten möchte.

En cuanto a calidad-precio no esta mal para 1 o dos noches

Cons:

La limpieza en las zonas comunes a las habitaciones deberia de ser mejor, en mi habitación encontre varias cucas pequeñas… Tuve que pedir una toalla por que no tenía y no te ponen jabón para ducharte algo que a dia de hoy parece imprescindible

Schön, ruhig und wie auf den Bildern angegeben

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer sauber und relativ neu.

Cons:

Leider spricht von den angestellten(fast wie überall in Vietnam) kaum jemand Englisch und man muss ständig die Übersetzungsapp benutzen um sich zu verständigen.Kleiner Nachteil aber geht.

Room is good but the whole place felt unfinished.
Pros:

Location is ideal with some great restaurants in the area (Thoc is highly recommended). Room was nice with lovely views and the staff were very helpful with washing clothes and scooter hire

Cons:

The property felt incomplete with a few areas in desperate need of a clean. We did not appreciate having people try and sell us things at our breakfast table - definitely not what you want at 7:30am. The pool was very dirty and to get to breakfast you had to walk along an active construction site. The staff were very helpful but were often absent from the front desk and almost all of them didn’t speak any english.
