Работник рецепшена хам. Повышает голос, перебивает, не дает ничего сказать. Отвратительное обслуживание. В номере кондиционер находиться на первом этаже и по физике - холодный воздух НЕ поднимается на вверх, поэтому спать на втором этаже было как в сауне. Открыть окна не возможно-отель находится на быстрой магистрале, прямо на дороге. Круглосуточный шум от фур и машин, соответсвенно пыль и выхлопные газу. Еда в местном ресторане - ужасная, не вкусно и плохо готовят, как в столовой, с рестораном и рядом не стояло. Хотя отель гордится, что у него 5 звезд (так же как и гора Арарат), когда на самом деле 4 звезды. Кровать на первом этаже плохая, там нет матраца-диван раскладывается как раскладушка-спина после первой ночи болела, пришлосб положить на верх спинку от дивана-одним словом не комфортно, плюс лежа на диване кондиционер дул прямо в лицо.
Но самое интересное это наличие НАСЕКОМЫХ в номере. Номер находится на 3ем этаже. с нами там жили муравьи, жуки и еще что-то летающее, при том, что ни разу не открыли окно-повторюсь из-за шума и пыли от дороги. Я обьездила 28 стран. где-то была по 3-4 раза, такого ужаса в 4 звездочном отеле не видела никогда.
А после того как на кухне мы увидели ТАРАКАНА, то перестали там завтракать. Хорошо, что это было в первый наш день. Скоро прикреплю фото.

Nothing good there
We went there 16th of august
No one spoke english
We couldnt understand what they were saying
Then we went for breakfast
And it was absulutely horrible
We had a small lid with us and nothing was offered for the kid
No options for the adults also
Then the next day we went around armenia and came back to the hotel full of police
And they didnt explain what was happening they just said take your things and go wait outside
We asked them what happened and nobody was telling us
We then took our bags and went outside as everyone else
Police shut down the hotel for operation
And we were left with nowhere to stay and waited 5 hours until they decided to give us our money back for the days left
We had to find alone a place to stay for the next 5 days

Оставили без ночлега, просто выселили и вернули деньги за оставшиеся ночи, из-за инцидента, который произошел на их территории (криминального инцидента). В этом их вины нет, но вина в том, что они не предложили других вариантов, кормили обещаниями что помогут, в итоге мы сами все нашли и уехали, без какой-либо моральной компенсации. Это 10% того как непрофессионально и некрасиво они себя повели в этом инциденте, безразличие да и только

Завтраки. Не шведский стол, а...что приготовят) Единственное что нам не очень понравилось.

Не куда сходить. Рядом нет ничего. Погулять некуда. Ну и шторы долго не могли найти от нашего номера

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had.

The most serious issue was the complete failure of the air conditioning system during a period of extremely hot weather. Despite repeated complaints and follow-ups, no solution was provided. We were simply told that the cooling system was not functioning throughout the hotel. A working air conditioning system is a basic and essential hotel facility, and its absence made our stay extremely uncomfortable.

The cleanliness standards were unacceptable. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, and towels were not replaced. It appeared that regular housekeeping services were either not being provided or were being severely neglected.

Another major concern was the reception desk. Almost every time we needed assistance, the reception area was empty and unattended. There was rarely anyone available to answer questions or help guests, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to provide hospitality services.

The room was also full of insects. Combined with the excessive heat and the lack of a functioning cooling system, this created a very unpleasant environment. Opening the windows was not a realistic option due to the weather conditions.

The location is another significant disadvantage. The hotel is situated outside Yerevan and far from the city. Even several taxi drivers were unfamiliar with its location, making transportation unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming.

Overall, this hotel failed to provide several of the most basic services and facilities that guests reasonably expect, including air conditioning, cleanliness, housekeeping, and reception support. The gap between expectations and reality was substantial, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property based on our experience.
