One night only was enough
Pros:

Lady on reception was lovely.
Bed was clean and comfy.

Cons:

The whole room was dirty. Mould everywhere, the mini fridge kept shutting off the power so was unplugged and we were left with no fridge.
The bathroom was just mouldy everywhere and needed a good clean.

Very misleading listing, hostel left us feeling unsafe, left at 1am as a result. requesting refund.
Pros:

Rita the receptionist was on her first day and very nice and tried to help.

Cons:

This was absolutely not what we expected from the ad we responded to. Entrance was heavily graffitied, cigarette smoke throughout, our door lock did not work, blinds in bathroom broken so you could see through to hostel laundry, open to the main road, felt very insecure. We left at 1am through our discomfort and are seeking a full refund.

Great location , good clean comfy bed , good hot shower fridge ok. kettle ok

Cons:

the bench top was dirty and the floor
The blinds need to be replaced. I know people are hard on them. But it would make the experience much better . Not happy about the TV not working and couldn't connect to the wi-fi

Cliff hanger- do not enter!
Pros:

Only the location, that place is a half way house for junkies/drug users.

Cons:

Unhygenic conditions, smell of cigarettes, uncleanliness of floors, walls and amenities. Patched up walls, mould, dirty rugs and floor coverings, no safety hand rails, the front steps held together by a metal brace and nail. Place should be condemned. Please do not stay here.

Pros:

Location was very near to Kangaroo cliff park. Walkable distance to Brisbane botanical garden and CBD.

Cons:

Room had lots of cockroaches. The hotel provided the plates and bowls but it seemed like partly washed.
