Best customer service and lovely room.
Pros:

Veronica was so kind. She went out and bought food for me the first night because I was sick. Room was very clean and comfortable with a refrigerator and kitchenette with microwave. Also, very bright, spacious, and clean. Lots of hangers and space for clothes. But the best part was the proprietor, Veronica, who went out of her way for whatever I needed. I will definitely stay there again. Price was very reasonable for all the amities

Cons:

The shower was too hot. The stairs were treacherous. It took some time to figure out how to open the door to the room with the keys.

Pros:

Está situado en el mero centro, super cerca del Jardín Unión, pero a pesar de ello, el lugar es muy silencioso, fue un viaje de trabajo, así que pasé mucho tiempo en la habitación con mi compu, con cero distracciones, el wifi funciona de manera excelente.
La habitación cuenta con refri y microondas, super práctico.
100% recomendable.

Cons:

Tal vez lo único sería que el proceso para obtener la factura es un poco tardado, normalmente la pides y te la dan y ya, pero aquí tenía que ser a través de la plataforma, había que triangular un poco, pero solo eso.

Preiswertes, kleines, sauberes Hotel. Geeignet für Gäste, die sich vor allem in Stadt und Umgebung umsehen und sich nich
Pros:

Ziemlich zentrale Lage aber ohne Verkehrslärm. Nette Eigentümerin, die den ganzen Tag in der benachbarten Wäscherei arbeitet und damit immer erreichbar ist.
Zimmer ganz nett, wenn auch nichts Besonderes.

Cons:

Recht enger Zugangsweg (aber ortstypisch!).
Wassersystem der Miniküche eher dysfunktional.
Zugang zum Gebäude recht eng (ortstypisch). Durch die enge Gasse Geräusche der Nachbarn (gelegentlich Musik in normaler Lautstärke, Wecker- und Telefonklingeln) sehr deutlich mitzuhören. Letzeres könnte empfindliche Gäste erheblich stören, für mich persönlich KEIN Grund, das Hotel zukünftig zu meiden.

Great place to stay
Pros:

I loved how close it was to the city centre—I could easily walk to all the main sites. The host was very nice and friendly, everything was kept very clean, and drinking water was available at all times. I would come back again for the next trip. :)

Cons:

The neighbouring building is very close, so you may sometimes hear university students talking until midnight. That said, in the Guanajuato city centre, it’s difficult to avoid noise wherever you stay—whether from the street, people, or cars with loud music—so overall, it wasn’t too bad.

No hair dryer, but I’d seen this in other reviews, so I brought my own. :)

Ubicación y bajo precio. Ventilación de la habitación. También la amabilidad de los anfitriones en el mínimo contacto que tuvimos con ellos.

Cons:

Piso 5 por escaleras estrechas y pendientes. Baño supremamente pequeño e incómodo sin espacio para colocar los artículos de aseo. Goteo permanente en la ducha. Tendidos de cama inapropiados; despertábamos durmiendo directamente sobre el colchón. Un sensor de movimiento que enciende la luz con los giros del cuerpo, al dormir. Esto significa: despertarse continuamente a lo largo de la noche.
