Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had some issues with a dog barking and they offered us a secondary room that was available just in case. We didn’t have to use it but they were super attentive and friendly.

Cons:

I think it’s a bit pricy. It wasn’t high peak season or anything like that and for some reason we ended up paying a higher rate than what they were offering when I checked the prices during our stay.

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable, very convenient for us as we were visiting rock city. Definitely worth the money. Staff was very nice.

Location good. Aircon welcome in the heatwave. Kitchen facilities are useful.

Cons:

A minor niggle : the shower temperature seemed very unstable hot then cold etc. possibly just that room or could be a general problem?

Sunday night/ Monday morning the alarm sounded. Staff seemed totally clueless, didn't seem to have any procedures in place, guests were outside unchecked for half an hour - some wandering around,some ignored it and returned to rooms.
No explanation or apology offered and no staff in reception Monday morning when we checked out. Very disappointing (and potentially unsafe). I will not be staying here again.

The lighting was cool.
Very spacious room and clean.
Air conditioning which is great for me because I like a cool room.
Brought food in and kept in fridge.
Location perfect for music venue just around the corner.

Becoming regular now for us as we have never had any issues here.
Pros:

Excellent location and with parking. Very clean and tidy and a nice complimentary breakfast. Helpful polite staff.

Cons:

Always seems to be a little too warm at night despite turning the room temp down.

Highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay. Within a few minutes walk from central Nottingham it was ideal. The room itself was spacious and had everything you’d need. Parking was perfect and the staff were extremely helpful throughout! Highly recommend.

Cons:

The only thing wrong was the air con wasn’t great. The room was really warm due to a heatwave and the room didn’t have any windows. Other than that it was perfect.
