Buena ubicación y todo lo que necesitas para una estadía
Pros:

Estábamos en una habitación más bien un pequeño departamento que tenía todo lo necesario para vivir, todo nuevo , hasta lavavajillas y si quisieras cocinar podes perfectamente, nosotros no lo hicimos porque eran dos días y salimos mucho. Abajo en la recepción tenes café y te disponible cuando necesites y a la mañana medialunas .
También hay un laundry gratis solo necesitas jabón que venden abajo y podes lavar y secar tu ropa.

La chica que está en la recepción está siempre de mal humor 🤦‍♀️

Pros:

Close to theatre royal, shops and food places. The room is clean and got everything you need for your stay. The staff are friendly

Great place, awful fellow guests
Pros:

It’s a great location with excellent amenities in the room.

Cons:

There is absolutely no soundproofing at all. Every scrape of a chair upstairs is audible. If someone walks in heels or lets their children run riot, you’ll hear it. The hotel has posters everywhere to tell guests to be considerate but sadly, there’s always one.

Will stay here again
Pros:

Really good location, right next to Rock City

Cons:

The car park is under the building and needs opening from reception - there was minimal signage about this.
Once checkout time has passed, your key card won't open the garage, so good to add extra time to leave if you're in a car

Pros:

The room was a great size, with all the amenities that you would need on a short stay and more. Pricing was fair although parking should have been included in the price of the booking. The staff member who checked us in was a friendly gentleman.
The hotel itself is nice and clean and in a fantastic location. It's quite a noisy area as it is next to student accommodation but we were made aware of this at the time of booking and it didn't bother us but if you need peace and quiet to be able to sleep, it probably wouldn't be the best place to stay.

Cons:

The lady on the reception desk in the evening/night was rude and did not engage with anyone entering or exiting the hotel and the parking should have been included in the booking fee
