Cons:

ベットルームのメインの照明が暗すぎて、荷物が見えなかった。バスルームは明るくき良かったです。他はスタッフの丁寧な対応や朝食、ロケーションなど、全て素晴らしかった。

Amazing stay during August
Pros:

It is amazing location, very near to bus station and Train station ( Interlaken west) , around 15 minutes to Interlaken Ost.
Friendly & very helpful staff.. Very good breakfast.
Thanks to all staff, Special thanks to Mr. Anees.

Cons:

There is no some facilities , such air conditioning, iron, Fridge, nor kettle.. Our room was in building without lift. But it is OK, the staff was helpful to compensate the lack.

Pros:

Contrary to other reviews here and on Google, it's easy to find and to check in.

Cons:

Беше много чисто, всеки ден имаше почистване на стаята и смяна на кърпите. Добра закуска.

Cons:

Не е посочено, че въпросният хотел е втора сграда на Hey hotel. И закуската е в този хотел. Това не е лошо, но е изненадващо в първия момент.

Excelente atención por parte del personal, fuimos muy bien atendidos! Todo estuvo 10/10!
Hablaban Español y eso nos ayudo muchísimo!

En la mañana que tuvimos que retirarnos temprano, nos prepararon un box de desayuno para llevar a nuestro viaje, ya que nuestro tren salía extremadamente temprano. Esa atención y detalle no lo olvidaremos nunca! 🫶🏼 Volveremos!!

Pros:

Great location and staff were very helpful. Bed was comfortable and when I asked for another pillow was more comfortable

Cons:

Room was like a hostel... very basic and no air con ... with the heat was hard to sleep. No fridge to keep anything cool
