ATENCIÓN Y CALIDEZ ÚNICA! 🙌
Pros:

Excelente atención por parte del personal, fuimos muy bien atendidos! Todo estuvo 10/10!
Hablaban Español y eso nos ayudo muchísimo!

En la mañana que tuvimos que retirarnos temprano, nos prepararon un box de desayuno para llevar a nuestro viaje, ya que nuestro tren salía extremadamente temprano. Esa atención y detalle no lo olvidaremos nunca! 🫶🏼 Volveremos!!

Pros:

Great location and staff were very helpful. Bed was comfortable and when I asked for another pillow was more comfortable

Cons:

Room was like a hostel... very basic and no air con ... with the heat was hard to sleep. No fridge to keep anything cool

The location, the staff was very polite, the breakfast was great.

Cons:

Our room was at the top floor and a the windows were inconvenient to handle. Our sink handle broke easily.

Location is very convenient nearby Train Station. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

Amenities is upon request. We had to check what we need in the room, such as shower cap, cup, spoon and so on. Hair dryer was very poor.

駅から近い。
場所が分かりにくいが、受付の高いホテルの朝食と同じだから、朝飯は美味しい。

窓が開かない
とにかく暑い、シャワーの後も暑すぎ
シャワーの排水が悪く
気を付けないとトイレの方に水が流れて床がびちょびちょ。

The room was average, but the view from the hotel room was nice.

Cons:

One of the breakfast staff members was not kind or welcoming. I believe additional customer service training would be helpful. Besides, the fan didn't work very well for air conditioning.

Fantastic location consider staying here in cooler months as no conditioning makes it quite uncomfortable

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but wished it had been cooler

Excellent breakfast, excellent location in Interlaken

Cons:

No AC, so it was overwhelmingly hot in the room making it difficult to sleep. The staff at the front desk is not always pleasant and seems annoyed when you ask questions
