Bếp chung hơi dơ, bếp chung và phòng không có thùng rác. Chủ hút thuốc liên tục, làm không gian có nhiều khói thuốc.

Khách sạn nằm ở khu đô thị mới, đường xá sạch sẽ và thoáng mát, đi bộ gần bờ sông, anh chị chủ home rất thoải mái, vui vẻ, có hỗ trợ nhận phòng sớm nếu còn phòng trống nha, tiện nghi phòng đầy đủ, có cả chổ giặt phơi đồ tại home, nói chung là 10 điểm.
