Excelente lugar para la estadía ciudad de Cusco
Pros:

Hotel con habitaciones limpias y comfortables cerca de la plaza de armas y otros lugares como Mirador SAN Blas, San Francisco, Calle 7 Borregitos y Acueducto Inca

Cons:

En general habitación está aceptable e incluso por el frío junio daban la opción de prestar un equipo calefacción, por ello excelente

Cons:

La habitación es muy oscura a pesar de la iluminación. De noche cuando uno regresa tarde los pasillos sin luz o muy baja, tenía que usar la linterna del celular para transitar por las escaleras y colocar la llave en la puerta de mi habitación. No renuevan rollo de papel higiénico. No hay secador de cabello en el baño, uno tiene que solicitarlo.

Olvidé un polo para lo cual escribí al hotel por este medio y nunca recibí respuesta formal.

Da localização e dos funcionários. São muito amáveis

Cons:

O hotel estava muito frio porque não possui aquecedores e visitei Cusco numa época em que a temperatura cai a 1° à noite.

Instalaciones en general pesimo estado… las camas antiguas suenan, la ropa de cama antigua,el baño con moho sin confort ni cortina de baño ademas el wc con filtraciones, el aseo asqueroso en habitaciones,comedor, sala de estar, desuyo horrible los vasos sucios, las tazas con salpicaduras ademas poca variedad solo 1 tipo de pan la recepcion pauperrima todo terrible

Amplasarea hotelului in apropierea obiectivelor turistice.

Cons:

Frigul din camere.
Lipsa ventilație in camera, neexistand ferestre.
Curățenia care a lăsat de dorit la fel ca micul dejun.
Check-out-ul la ora 9.00.Esti sunat de la ora 8.00 in camera sa ti se reamintească ca pana la ora 9.00 este necesar sa eliberezi camera.

Le côté authentique de l'hôtel , sa décoration et son emplacement pas très loin de la place d'armes principale

Cons:

Cet hôtel ne correspond pas à mon sens à l'attribution de 3 etoiles L'emplacement de la chambre dans le hall principale , aucune insonorisation , pas de respect de la part des autres clients qui partent en excursion matinale , panne d'eau chaude récurrente , et un froid permanent dans tout l'hôtel. Le lit était très fatigué.
La salle de bain n'était pas pratique.

Las habitaciones no estuvieron a tiempo, pero demoraron unos 30 min más nomás en tenerla lista y el agua caliente no se encendía
