Do duche; o piso é escorregadio, sem qualquer barra de segurança, falta de uma porta de vidro para evitar molhar o piso exterior, sistema de controlo da temperatura difícil de controlar e falta de pressão da água.
Everything was lovely but unfortunately staff were so rude especially the reception staff. Long waits for service. Very unhelpful. Reception continously busy and everytime the same story. We were polite and kind but didn't marter

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en una zona que se ha masificado mucho, con nucho bullicio alrededor del puerto deportivo. Había estado allí hace años y la zona era mucho mas tranquila. Los propios locales buscan opciones de descanso mas relajadas en la costa portuguesa fronteriza con España o en la costa de Huelva (Isla Canela e Islantilla).

There seemed to be a lack of staff at times
This was our 3rd stay at the Tivoli and it didn’t disappoint. The location is brilliant. You can chill out by the pool in the day time and in the hotel in the evening or walk out the hotel right by the side of the harbour and you have everything on the doorstep.
We chose a sea view high floor to experience the amazing views. To wake up in the morning open your curtains and take in the view.
The staff as always (from being greeted on arrival) to the reception staff, restaurant/bar staff and around the pool were great.

Location, views, friendly staff, good food and great evening cocktails in Argo. This was our second time staying at Tivoli and we will definitely return.
The pool sun loungers are pretty hard to lie on compared to other 5 star resorts but that’s was a very minor issue.
Friendliest staff, from the pool waiters to the restaurant staff and cleaners, can’t say enough positive things about them.
