Really enjoyed my stay as usual

Cons:

Disappointed that if on the wrong side of the pool you had a long walk to the toilet - a second one would be great

Gostei da varanda para Marina , e a cama confortável

Cons:

A porta do quarto tinha que bater forte para fechar ,o chuveiro sem pressão de água , as toalhas ásperas . Mesmo com a porta da varanda fechada de madrugada um barulho infernal . A piscina de adulto muito rasa , o hotel precisa urgentemente ser reformado

A lovely family holiday in luxury
Pros:

The bed is huge and so comfortable. The breakfast has a good choice. The location is the best. Plug socket in bathroom. The air con was nice and cold. Good turn down service.

Cons:

Check in can take some time. Had to chase our cases being brought to our room. My final bill wasn't right for the items i put on my room but this was sorted when i emailed when i got home.

Самым ценным активом этого отеля является его расположение. Оно позволяет совмещать пляжный отдых, отдых у бассейна с возможностью посещать множество клубов, кафе и ресторанов сосредоточенных в марине.

Cons:

У отеля открытая бесплатная парковка действующая по системе Valet Parking. После четырёх дней стоянки под открытым небом на жаре мне выдали мой автомобиль с птичьими отметками по всему кузову и на лобовом стекле. Установка простейших навесов могла бы решить эту проблему, пусть даже если бы это решение потребовало перевод работы парковки на платную основу.

Bom pelo local e alguns serviços, ha muito a melhorar.
Pros:

Do manobrista ao funcionário que entrega toalha na piscina, todos muito educados. A recepção também torna o processo de checkin fácil. O glee fez o cafe da manha especial todos os dias. Pontos para o Bar da piscina e para o restaurant Oregano ambos me atenderam muito bem.

Cons:

Havia areia na minha cama, o que sugere falha e deficiência no processo de limpeza da mesma. Um dos equipamentos de ginastica com o cabo a quebrar, falta manutenção la. Tempo demasiadamente longo para limpeza do quarto. A piscina coberta demasiadamente gelada, felizmente a externa estava mais aquecida. Mesma deficiência de limpeza pode ser vista nos elevadores, apesar de recentemente reformados estao sujos.

Excelente hotel para desfrutar da praia e marina.

Localização excelente e funcionários simpáticos. As áreas comuns são muito amplas e o serviço é muito bom.

Cons:

Qualidade do pequeno almoço, o sumo de laranja não era natural e os ovos mexidos muito "industriais".

A localização do hotel é excelente, proporcionando fácil acesso aos principais pontos de interesse da região. As piscinas são amplas e agradáveis e, por não estarem excessivamente concorridas, permitem desfrutar de momentos de tranquilidade e conforto.

Cons:

Para um resort desta categoria, espera-se um serviço irrepreensível e sem falhas. No entanto, a limpeza ficou muito aquém das expectativas. Em várias ocasiões encontrei toalhas sujas no quarto e, no restaurante Oregano, deparei-me com guardanapos e pratos que não estavam devidamente limpos.
As almofadas apresentavam manchas amareladas e as toalhas estavam gastas, com vários fios repuxados, demonstrando falta de cuidado. No primeiro dia, apesar de o aviso a solicitar a limpeza do quarto estar colocado desde as 7h30 da manhã, a limpeza só foi realizada por volta das 20h30, o que é claramente inadequado. Além disso, em vários momentos foi evidente a falta de atenção aos detalhes, comprometendo a sensação de conforto, higiene e qualidade que se espera.
Relativamente à restauração, a oferta do regime de meia pensão revelou-se bastante repetitiva, com pouca variedade entre os dias. Tendo em conta a localização do hotel, seria expectável encontrar uma maior valorização da gastronomia algarvia, nomeadamente peixe fresco grelhado e outros pratos típicos da região, o que teria enriquecido significativamente a experiência gastronómica.
Por fim, os funcionários demonstraram, por diversas vezes, falta de conhecimento para prestar as informações necessárias, o que dificultou a estadia. No seu conjunto, estas situações revelam uma falta de organização e de controlo de qualidade incompatível com os padrões que se esperam de um resort de luxo, tornando a experiência bastante abaixo das expectativas.

Cons:

Check-in took too long upgraded our room for us but flowers and champagne sent by family and friends for my birthday got taken to original room so not a surprise when I arrived then when they were eventually delivered to our room was told they were a gift from hotel ! Then afterwards cards delivered with who they were from !

The lack of information. We were half board but were not told you could swap dinner for lunch.

although we were given single beds they quickly changed them to a double, the location to the marina was excellent
