O quarto reservado para 3 pessoas, sendo que uma das camas individuais não era igual às outras duas. Era muito pequena.
E, por isso, para uma das pessoas não foi tão confortável.
Localização e limpeza muito boas.
Eu e meu marido pagamos caro prezando o conforto, na descrição havíamos uma cama de casal e chegando lá eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, quando liguei para a recepção me disseram que colocariam algo tipo uma coberta grossa em cima para juntar as camas, mas não ficou igual, dava sempre para sentir um buraco no meio.
Très bel hôtel, idéalement situé dans la marina de Vilamoura, avec le Purobeach juste à côté. L'établissement est également pet-friendly, ce qui est un vrai plus : une petite couchette avait même été préparée pour notre animal, une attention très appréciée.
Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, toujours souriant et serviable. Le spa est excellent, les piscines sont très agréables et, dans l'ensemble, le séjour a été très réussi.
Les seuls points négatifs concernent l'ambiance générale de l'hôtel. Malgré ses nombreux espaces, l'ensemble manque un peu de chaleur et de convivialité. Les couloirs, avec leur moquette vieillissante, montrent également que le Tivoli commence à accuser le poids des années et mériterait un rafraîchissement.
Enfin, la salle du petit-déjeuner est souvent très fréquentée, ce qui la rend particulièrement bruyante et peu reposante.
Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon hôtel que je recommande. Cependant, compte tenu du tarif pratiqué et de son classement 5 étoiles, quelques améliorations sur ces deux points permettraient d'offrir une expérience encore plus à la hauteur des attentes.
