Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Die Angestellten haben für jeden Gast als die Frühstückszeit schön langsam endete alles extra serviert falls was nicht mehr vorhanden war. Einige Gäste haben das Frühstück aufs Zimmer mitnehmen können. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit !!!

Ein großzügiges schallisoliertes Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung zu einem sehr günstigen Preis.

Hôtel de bonne qualité mais qui devrait faire plus attention à ses équipements
Pros:

Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner très copieux avec beaucoup de choix.

Cons:

Fuite d’eau dans un couloir . Un ascenseur en panne . Parking extérieur devant l’hôtel trop petit, un en sous terrain mais moins pratique

Pros:

The breakfast was the only good thing here.

Cons:

The elevator doesn't listen to you. If I press 4 and someone after me presses 8 it'll go to 8 and completely forget my input.

Then I press 4 and it goes to the lobby and says locked out.

Bedding had the hair from the maids all over it.

Plug ins didn't work

Tv would only let you scroll up and down channels even though it says " press select to connect phone"....doesn't do anything.

I was told it had 1 bed and a pull out bed....I asked if they make the bed and they say yes.....I had to end up making it.

Staff at front desk were very short and rude.

Would never stay there again

Convenient short stay with family
Pros:

Parking is shared with FourPoints hotel. When both are fully booked, you have a bit of difficulty to find a spot.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Everything tasted fresh, and there was a great selection of food to choose from.

Cons:

The parking situation was extremely limited and overcrowded. There weren’t many available spots, and we spent almost an hour driving around trying to find one. We eventually parked at a nearby hotel, but were told we couldn’t stay there. In the end, we had no choice but to park near the garbage bin ramp.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay with good breakfast and friendly staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

However, the sofa in the room was worn, the hallway carpet looked old and in need of replacement, the ice machine was not working, and there was trash outside the building, which detracted from the overall appearance of the property.

Pros:

Die Frühstück Tacos sind wirklich super lecker! Auch wenn das Frühstück sonst eher weniger Auswahl hat, macht der Taco alles wieder weg. Zudem liegen immer Cookies übertag bereit und auch Zitronenwasser. Abends kann man sich einen Tee nehmen. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und hell. Es hat alles was man braucht und es ist super sauber!

Alles super, nichts zu bemängeln.

Pros:

It's Build on one lairs to the other. I was never there on june 5th of 2026.
But you build me why ? Your manager assured me that he was going to do his best . At check out l ask for my receipt and the young man said they will send to my email update nothing.

Cons:

The manager didn't keep to his words. It's not a good place to stay. Am not happy about you people taken money from me in this difficult time. You cannot used customers like that .

A couple of minor inconvenient, but we enjoyed our nice, comfortable, and large room for the night.
Pros:

The room and the bathroom we had ware larger than expected, which we appreciated. Most of the things for a long stay were provided in our double-bed room, including a dishwasher. Free breakfast was of excellent quality.

Cons:

The free shuttle to and from the airport were a mess. We (a party of 4) called once we got to the curbside of the arrival level and waited for over 25 minutes, but when the shuttle arrived, it was a small minivan expecting to carry 6 guests (four of us and two other guests) with six large suitcases. We were then told by the driver to wait for her to come back after dropping the other two guests off to the hotel. They ended up calling a taxi for us. The same with returning to the airport the next day, the shuttle was "full" even though we made reservations when we check-in the night before. Again, they ended up calling a taxi to take us to the airport. Also, the hotel charged me an extra fee of CAD 30 for the 4th guest, even though I made a reservation for four guests in one room. Good thing I asked for a printed receipt and checked it before we left the hotel, so I was able to have the fee refunded.
