We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The location was perfect—close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. Our room was spotless, spacious, and offered excellent accommodations with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the exceptional service to the clean, large rooms and unbeatable location, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Chegamos umas horas antes e não havia próximo lugar para deixar malas. indicaram um lugar mas longe da acomodação.
quando retornamos para o check-in as 15hs , nada pronto , sem limpeza dos quartos e banheiros. Tivemos e esperar durante uma hora e meia para limpeza. HORRIVEL A SITUAÇÃO. NA HORA DO CHECK-OUT - pedimos para ficar até as 13hs mas não foi permitido- MUITO CEDO O HORARIO DO CHECK-OUT - 11HS.

- موظف الاستقبال (ريمي) جدا خلوق واسلوبه ممتع بالحوار مع النزلاء
- توفر الكوفيهات بانواعها المختلفة 24 ساعة داخل الفندق مجانا

Pros:

Booked for my son and his fiancee. Bath request was actioned and they very much enjoyed exploring Edinburgh.
He commented on the very friendly staff and lovely room with city view. AC was good.
We have booked Fraser Suites for their wedding in October & are looking forward to visiting FS!

Difficult to access by normal car; routes to parking houses very complicated due to closed roads and pedestrian zone on Saturday afternoon; Internet did not work; very small room just under the roof with tiny window; could not turn off the air conditioning (although very cold anyway); sink defect (could not let off the dirty water...)
